Zhou's parents first GP was apparently the British one. In his appearance on the Beyond the Grid podcast he goes into a bit of information about his background, schooling in Sheffield (UK) and the fact he's got a younger sibling who is still at school back in China.

Lewis has more than one sibling, Nicolas Hamilton, Nicola Lockhart, Samantha Lockhart
10 years ago, Kevin Magnussen would always be announced as “the son of racing driver Jan Magnussen”. Today Jan does not even get announced as the “dad of Kevin” in a video where all drivers parents got mentioned. In fact, Jan did not even get mentioned in this video.

Same thing with Max,back then he was known as the son of Jos Verstappen while now Jos is now known as Max Verstappen's father
