I just found Dr. Charles Stanley's videos on TH-cam last week and I can't stop listening. There are very few men who preach the gospel nowadays and he is one of those. God bless you Dr. Stanley.

Oh my goodness. I am posting because I want this to get more views. I have listened to Charles Stanley, since I was a child and as I have become mother and as I have stepped into a cancer diagnosis and as I am healing, I just continue to see, how much of a blessing he must be to so many people and I want others to hear this message that he shares, in each one of the sermons he gives.
I’ve been listening to Dr Stanley since the 1980’s. I do not know of a more spirit filled, spirit led, Christian pastor. You can feel his love for God as he speaks. This man is truly a gift from God.

I love this church! Did you realise that this is a church who Do Not use a stupid handphone as a Bible to read scriptures. They honour God to carry His Holy Book to church and open up to read His words during sermons. This is absolutely a Godly church with great Godly Holy people. I am 63...I was saved at 18 but I went to work in a very rugged environment in a very isolated part of northern Ontario and forgot about god. I will prophecy to all DO NOT DO THAT..I WAS A LOST LONELY SOUL FOE THE NEXT 45 YEARS OF MY LIFE. I have re-committed myself to christ and have prayed for forgiveness every day . In my heart he told me he never left me...I left him!... and I am ashamed. I have a lot of work ahead of me and I am feeling that my life has meaning now if I stay in god's word but am afraid. Thank You lord for your mercy that I truly dont deserve.

Sounds like me, but I'm a little older and was raised and saved in Church at 12. So many wasted years without the walk and personal relationship I now have with my Lord and Savor.. This helped me so much. Until watching this video I was going through so much anguish, confusion, and grief, but through this sermon god showed me that I was feeling that way because I was was trying to live the Christian life and do everything by my own strength and wisdom. Now it is clear that it’s is now Christ who is living through me.🙏🙏🙏

It's been so difficult for me to become disabled. God is so good to us! I know that has me where he wants me to be. It is so difficult to give up doing things that I am used to doing. Please pray for me that I will be attentive to God's will for my life, in these difficult times and to always share the gifts that he has blessed me with and to always be vigilant to the needs of others.

I was saved, and even delivered from years of drug abuse, having gotten prayed for, and went away well, no drug withdrawal, and made totally well. I was surely new on the inside, and was anxiously awaiting Jesus's return. I really felt like a stranger in this world, having been set free,and my eyes opened to the truth of the Gospel. However, after a few years, I began reading a Christian book on getting healed from old wounds, and prayed a prayer at the end of the book, and asked for the bruises of rejection growing up to be brought to the surface, so I could let the Lord deal with it, and get healed and totally forgive everyone for the abuse.In a few weeks, I was in a hospital for major depression, and went from one to another for many years, with PTSD, major depression, and every other name for my condition that psychiatrists could come up with! I felt like my emotions were raw, coming to the surface to be healed, however after awhile I reasoned that I couldn't live and get well without slaving over the pain with drugs, so eventually, thinking I couldn't handle the blunt of the pain without drugs,I went back to using opiates, codeine pills, for panic attacks and severe depression and anxiety. I told the Lord I had to go back to living the old way because I couldn't walk in newness of Life and get to know God because God is all Truth, and without getting healed, and living in denial, I couldn't grow as a Christian. Needless to say, I turned away, not really wanting to leave God, but believing I couldn't grow and be healed, and I didn't know how to live any other way. After some years, I believed my mind was reprobate, and couldn't come back to the Lord, although sometimes when I prayed, God would answer it, right away, so then I tried to think that maybe I wasn't passed the point of repentance, so I'm seeking Him for deliverance, and to come back into my heart. Do you think I still have hope?

@Bertrand De Myth His voice is so comforting, in his earlier years he had a touch of harshness in his voice, but now that he has grown mature he has the right kind of voice to break through barriers and helps us to understand what Our Father and Our Lord Christ Jesus is saying. I wish that a lot more people would listen to his teaching now because through Christ Pastor Stanley has led me to reading the Holy Bible more than I used to and now I am older and I don't take Our Father or Our Christ Jesus' Word for granted. Sometimes I have to read it several times to really get it because I want His Word living in my heart, spirit and soul and Pastor Stanley is the best help to remind us to stay the course and this message today was so helpful to me that I will listen to it again and meditate on what he spoke.
