It’s a 2000s era Chuck Lorre show. You’re not meant to sympathise with any female character; that would imply they had some humanity. You only get three types of women on these shows. None of which are given any humanity. 1. Sexy piece of ass - revolving door of guest stars 2. Angry shrew - Judith, Evelyn 3. Sexless comic relief - Berta, Rose
By the time Walden appeared in the picture, Alan became a sad annoying shallow caricature of himself, but during Charlie's era, Alan was feisty, a quick thinker and could be quite the devil when the situation called for, such as here. When he turns around in 0:05 to ''comfort'' Judith, that might be one of the best things I've ever seen in modern TV!
You can’t blame Alan for being joyful about Judith’s situation, she many times emasculated Alan in the past (and will do in the future too) so this is Karma being perfect delivered boys.
A: Um... when I was a little boy, um, we had a dog named Rusty, um, who loved peanut butter, and, uh, my brother, uh, convinced me that the best way to feed him, uh, was to, uh, uh, smear it on my testicles. Um... No surprise, that dog got very, very fat. A: So, long story short, I kissed the guy. Because, you know, how else would I know whether or not I was gay? L: What did you decide? A: Well, I may love Broadway musicals and have an eye for fashion, but that's where it stops. L: Okay. Let's recap the highlights. You embezzled money from your family, you cheated on me with an old girlfriend... you might be the father of Judith and Herb's baby, you didn't tell your late brother that the woman he was chasing was married to a mannequin because she gave you $50,000 to keep it a secret. And to top it all off, you gave the family dog type 2 diabetes. A: Oh, wait, one more thing. Those diamond earrings I got you for your birthday last year... L: Let me guess. They're not real. A: Oh, no, they're real. Uh, it's just, I kind of stole them from my ex-wife. You know, it really feels good to get all this off my chest. This is just SOME of the wrong things Alan has done in his life its amazing how much he preached to Charlie about him being a bad example towards Jake but what about Alan? all the wrong choices he has made especially from S1 to S8?
I know it’s not right to be rude but he had a right to since he was thrown out by his ex wife. I’m pretty sure he enjoys it when people that hate him get punished.
So, it's not Alan or Herb its Judith. You mean to tell me that men do not enjoy a womyn who forever screams at them, who insist of things her way and if when they try she still gets mad, I am shocked. (I type this with the evil smile on my face).
The audience's loud laughter when Alan changed his face from happiest to sad! Solid!
again for your help
It’s canned laughter
@@TacoCat8891 not always btw. At times they left the episodes when they filmed in front of the live audience
Which audience? They press a button and the stored laughing sounds playing.
@@f.s.1429 if you watch the BTS, there's an audience when they're filming
Alan’s mr Jekil and Mr Hide acting is perfect. He is a great actor.
that's Doctor of Chiropractor, thank you very much
There is a little evil Alan in all of us sometimes....fantastic
So true though 😏
Fr 🤣
nah some people are Lex Luthor's with a little of good alan in them.
He's no longer Alan Harper. There is only Lex Luthor.
Judith is horrible human being, he made Herb believe Alan's daughter was his, and most likely Jakes is not Alan's son either
There's a possibility that Judith's daughter may not be Alan's, either.😮😱🤣
Among countless otger things.
jake isnt alans son?
I think Jake is Charlie son but even Charlie had to be disappoint
@@georgebrice8329, Jake is Alan's son & Charlie's nephew.
“Oh, Judith. That’s terrible” always gets me. Maybe because the laughter got louder.
“You must be devastated😈”
You got a little evil on your face.hillarious😀😂😃😁😃😃
The only time I thought to myself: Alan you freaking genius
And thats why the actor nailed it as an awesome Lex Luthor in Supergirl
Nope sorry wrong.
@@mikeredline27 that show sucks😂😂😂
Agreeee
I respectfully disagree 😂😂😂
@@mikeredline27You're completely delusional
John should be given an oscar just for this scene, what an actor.
The one when Judith and Herb separated is where Alan had the right to be evil.
for 15 seconds Alan was Lex Luthor HAHAHAHA!!
Felt not an ounce of sympathy for Judith. She’s the reason why her first marriage failed and she failed in her second marriage!

@devanov3103You stand up for every woman I bet *YAWN*
This is the episode I loved when evil Alan appeared.

It was until he slept with her again
Times like 0:50 remind Charlie that Alan truly is his brother and he unfortunately loves him.
Well u gotta give Alan props for this one 😂😂👏🏾
2:06 this was the day evil Alan was born.
I love Judith's sadness
It's really good to see Alan's evil smile over Judith's loss .😈
2:07 to 2:14
That jekyll & Mr. Hyde acting is, awesome ✨
judith: herb moved out
us: nah YOU THREW HIM OUT
They always want to make themselves the victim
Soo evil.. You must be devastated... 😀☺️!
He is such a brilliant actor
0:05 forever funny af
Charlie: Where were you last night?
Alan: I was in never ever land.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Charlie can be replaced but Alan cant be, what a brilliant actor.
I'd say none of them can be replaced.
Alan is modern George. We are all Alan and George.
Costanza?
Who s george?
@@mosebolebitsa2630 He's probably referring to George Costanza, one of Seinfeld's main characters.
@@mosebolebitsa2630
He is probably talking about George Constanza, a character from another sitcom call Seinfeld.
He make Alan look like a ángel.
@raulbetancourt+ yeah but alan did score more than george ever dream of
2:10 Alan tho 😂🤣
so that's how he got the role of lex luther😂😂😂
Thats what u do to evil women and men

The "Birth" of Lex Luthor

Actually I felt satisfied too after watching Judith like that too....
When you’ve been married to a monster like Judith of course you revel in her misery. Totally understandable on Alan’s part.
Bad Alan strikes again
