Another gem! Yesterday I was struggling with coming up with an idea to 1) address errors in my competitive performance 2) approach it positively. I used to use: "What went wrong? What caused it? How do I adjust?" But I like the idea of asking "What went well?" first. Going to implement these ideas in teaching and coaching as well, thanks a ton!
