Saw these guys in Atlanta with the Arctic Monkeys. Great young group and sound. More so of the Doors or Chocolate Watchband on this one. Great first CD too....it rocks.
Interesting, I only know these guys because they popped up on a Spotify playlist and I thought I recognized the main riff in this song (around 1:15) from a video game I played called "Night in the Woods" you can search for it on youtube and the song is just called "Title". The riff is basically exactly the same and coincidentally (or maybe not) there is another song called "Astral Alley". So either they were heavily influenced by this game or it was just a huge coincidence (here is the link to the other song: th-cam.com/video/oGA40PfGz50/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=EluTran) Maybe I am just imagining it, but the main riff of the two songs seem identical to me
@@IsaiahscheelYeah! All of their songs are like that!! For instance, "their" song "Shine your light," is actually The beach Boys "All I Wanna Do" and Todd Rundgren's "I Saw The Light." The craziest part is that they left a lot of the original song's lyrics!! I don't know how they haven't been sued for this yet. At the least, they should be giving credits to the artists who actually wrote their songs. So disappointing.
