    Wow, all that mole looked so tasty and different, definitely looks like it was worth your trip to Oaxaca! Hahaha. Didn't realize how many kinds there are, really cool, thanks for giving such a detailed description of the taste, it really made me feel like I was there tasting it too, yum! That cheese looked so good too, I love cheese, it doesn't always love me, lactose intolerant, but that looked so good I'd brave through the pain 😂 Thanks for another great video guys, really enjoyed it, looking forward to next week already!

      So glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching and commenting! Sorry to hear about your lactose intolerance. Hopefully it's not too bad and you can still enjoy cheese every now and again, we feel like that would be that hardest thing to give up. The moles were so good though and we're glad we got to try them :) thanks for watching, Ronda!

    Once again, i think your video has helped make Mexico my top destination for my next vacation, especially Oaxaca. The moles look insanely rich and delicious, definitely something i couldn't make at home! I'd have to say the black mole does look really interesting because of the deep dark color. I would love to try all the moles, especially the tablecloth stainer one. I wonder how much it actually stains 😂
    The Oaxaca cheese has got to be some of the best cheese in the world. So stringy and fresh looking! Great video again, looking forward to the next one.

    I'm from a small rural town in Oaxaca, way far from any city. Grew up eating quesillo. I got for the first time to the USA back in 2014 since I was granted with a full scholarship to pursue my M.A. Honestly ever since being in the States haven’t ever found anything close to quesillo. From all cheese I tried none got close to it. The only cheese I approved after my long search was the fresh mozzarella cheese and only from the BelGioioso brand (no other brand tastes good) STILL, not even this mozzarella cheese compares to the quesillo made in Oaxaca, and trust me I say this very humbly. However, I found a very very extremely ultra fake Oaxacan cheese sold in the grocery stores here in the USA that portrays a very bad image and gives such a terrible reputation to the original quesillo made in Oaxaca. The Oaxacan cheese sold at grocery stores is a shameful version of nothing similar in Mexico. it's so bad and poor in taste that we don't even have a similar thing in Mexico. My second favorite cheese is Queso Panela. Wish the USA could ban that fake Oaxacan cheese that isn't at all what it was intended to be. Last but not least fave cheese of mine is creamy queso fresco.
    By the way, string cheese in the USA isn’t close to quesillo either.

    • @HungryTwoTravel
      @HungryTwoTravel  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Agreed, nothing comes closer to proper Oaxacan cheese, especially what you get in the markets here. We hope you can visit home and taste it again!! It's one of our favourite things by far 😋😉 thanks a lot for watching and commenting!

      @@HungryTwoTravel hope people invite you guys to experience a quinceaños while being there. Experiencing those “private” parties is a whole other thing, I bet you guys will like it. Food made by Oaxacans is a whole another thing too. It’s way tastier than the food sold at mercados, streets and restaurants. By the way, if you didn’t get invited by locals and you guys happen to see a wedding, or a “calendar” near by if you joined they won’t get upset. Quite the opposite you two would be quite welcome and they would treat you so nicely like if you were a very close relative from the family. They would feed you tons for free, give you drinks and have you dance with them all. It’s a nice experience. I’ve seen Russians, Spaniards, Americans and TH-camrs from different nationalities. People in Oaxaca are just extremely friend and we like to share. I’m going back again soon!
      P.D and the new highway connecting Oaxaca city to the beaches is totally free for 12 months now! Distance got shortened by 3 hours! Take advantage of that too! Hope you guys can try taquitos dorados con salsa verde y crema en vasitos desechables. That’s the new thing too. Also, go to Tlacolula to La feria de la nieve y el tequila, you both will get lots of samples to try new very original ice creams you wouldn’t even think of such as: nieve de mole, nieve de pan dulce, nieve de chapulines etc.
      Enjoy your stay in Oaxaca and in Mexico in general! Don’t forget to try “pansita” and “menudo”

    Love your videos! Just an observation, but "coloradito" doesnt mean "little red." Any color can be "coloradito" its kinda like saying something is "colored" and the "ito" (to me) is used for small items, or it can also kind of add an endearing tone to an item or person.
