Well that was effing brilliant. Gotta love an Andy Glass guitar solo. There's a real energy to the band now and the singers are great. Now I'm revisiting memories of the Wheatsheaf in Dunstable in the 80's...
Wow. I was just transported back to the 70's! Feeling some Aquarius vibe goin' on here. Love the spirit and joy on stage - massively contagious - I was drawn in by that as much as the song itself - fantastic! This is the first I've seen of you, but hopefully not the last.
My first Cropredy & Solstice were playing! My favourite band, followed them from the early days. Great to see Clive Bunker back on the drum stool for this number 👌 The 3 new girls add a mesmerising addition to your band Andy, none more so than on the first track you played here, “Shout”. Please please upload that performance, it was nothing short of exuberant brilliance!
I did not have a good Cropredy this year. I hope everyone else had a wonderful time, but it just didn't work for me this year. I think I might have reached the end of the festival road....
Sorry to hear that Daniel. Festivals can be exhausting and we've stayed for the duration at quite a few this summer (Glastonbury damn near killed me 🤣) but have to say, this one was incredibly special for us🥰
@@solsticeuk Hello. Dont get me wrong, your set was great and despite the fact thet most of your songs are about an hour long, the musicianship was far out. My friends and I spontaneously began to say the word 'man' during and for some time after it. Pluse, a white Charvel? Not seen for a long time! Love love love. X!
This is truly epic 👏. Torch bearer for a new wave of Prog Rock ❤
Love that! 🥰
That was amazing and Clive is still killer!
@@drumhd1 Thanks! And you’re right about Clive. Such a lovely guy too.

Great to see Clive back in action with the band! The band sounds great. You must be having a blast doing these 2023 festivals.
It's been magic Douglas! and, yes, so good to play with Clive again 🥰
Love that power from Mr Glass's guitar, wonderful performance.
Thanks so much!

Just brilliant guys, can't wait to see you again.
Awesome! Sounds as fresh as it did a quarter-century ago. ❤
Love it, Thank you! Believe it or not the song’s now 43 years old!
Love it! Such joy, and at the best festival of them all
Exactly, couldn’t believe it when Peggy booked us. We felt so honoured and privileged to play… the joy was heartfelt.

@@garykirrage3091 Wow! Thanks Gary!

Sounds great guys! Lovely harmonies and… is that an old 80’s Jackson Charvel I see ???
Yes sir. 89 Japanese... love it!
@@solsticeuk Nice one! I still have my Model 4 that I bought around the late 80’s.
They are a very versatile guitar. Keep up the great work. Cheers.

It was my first and I thought it was great, except for that egomaniac Nile Rogers. Hopefully you’ll have a better time next year mate
@@TheRockAlmighty Ha! Yes I tired of the relentless list of accolades... as Zappa said... shut up and play your guitar 😁

Ok we all know who he is so where's the drum solo?
Ha! Would of been nice but his job was to play the song 😉
