- We went and tried out the NEW Din Tai Fung restaurant at Downtown Disney! I had to call the manager over after the meal to compliment her on the service, quickness of the food and quality of each dish!
This is the best thing happening in Downtown Disney right now! Get a reservation online and try what has easily become one of my favorites on Disney property!

At our DinTaiFung in Oregon we love the soup dumplings with crab, shrimp fried rice, and the garlic green beans. So awesome that you commended the great servers and manager at the Downtown Disney location. Fun to see your food favorites to try.
Such a great addition to the parks! Had to comment on the amazing customer service because it’s rare you get that from anything on disney property now a days.
What kind of sauce is on the cucumber salad?
I'm a vegan, I saw some vegan dishes on the menu. However I might not be able to eat mushrooms, garlic and onions. So I don't know. Can you do modifications?
I’m pretty sure you can! They have a ton of options for all sorts of allergies and dietary restrictions. We talked to a manager after and she said that was a top priority for them so I’m sure they will be accommodating.
