Interestingly enough I heard the first time since I’m here what fuel actually costs, how Tee is made, what a bidi cigarette is and tastes like and that India looks way more like Canada at this lake😉 Also, picked up my first hitchhiker…I’m gonna miss you bro 🤙🏼

Yo that school was Carmel Giri, about 5 kms from there is The High Range school, where I studied my junior years. I lived about 10 mins from the Echo Point. Everyday going to school was an adventure. Thanks for taking the route and bringing back fond memories.

If you're worrying about charging if you ever plan on going to Ladakh then see this. Ladakh has got the highest motorable road in the world and guess what, it has also got the highest EV charging station in the world. In Ladakh alone, there are atleast 18 charging stations spread along 1800 km, and of those 18, 15 charging stations are between the altitude: 3050m-4270m. Also other states like Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand have already got plenty of charging stations in order to travel hastle free by road on an ev.

You can also try tamilnadu it is adjacent to kerala but if you have time. It doesn't have hill stations like kerala But it has its own way in touring.

Best trip of them all! Cruising on a bike between villages and street stalls in beautiful countryside is my fave way to explore a country, try the foods and meet the local people. Those tea plantations are like the highlands in Sri Lanka, the best tropical travel destination in the world.

i have a bajaj chetak scooter. I am riding it from last 6 months and i found it the most nonpollutent bike which also don't blow sand dusts from its silencers! i wish india will adopt 80% electric vehicles by 2030 to reduce vehicular pollution!

I rode down on a mtb from top slip on an old British Tea trail which was part of a historic tea ropeway. The entire place is called Top Slip because of it. It was an adventure. The trail was right in the middle of tiger country. On the way back it became evening and dark. We used pack horses to take some of my family up. This is a very historic part of kerala from the times of the Raj. The trail was lined with stones in late 19th century. But the floods of 1921 washed part of the trails and the ropeway away. Now it is very rugged due the washed sections and the rocks.
