So is the character from India? Dev in india is pronounced Dave. So it is being pronounced correctly. The character in charm offensive was also pronounced like this 😊

I know in some countries Dev is prounced like Daiv or even with a "th" like they. Davey is spelled Devi too. I believe it might be Indian. I'm not positive.
