Hi, My activa was hypothecated to Manapuram Finance Ltd. The Loan is completed now and no dues left. I missed to get original NOC due to COVID 19 as i was at my hometown . Now, If I need to Transfer my activa to a new person do I need to get NOC from Manappuram Finance Limited or from RTO Gurgaon or both ?? Please guide me

Maine 2020 mein Honda Dio DX gadi liya hai, lekin mujhe aisa RC nehi mila hai. Normal kahaz mein printed copy diya hai showroom walon ne. Maine pucha tha kya yeh kagaz lekar Motor vehicles mein jane se RC milega? Toh showroom walon ne kaha nehi, yehi RC hai.

Hpl wala se loan liye hai. Bank nam mentioned hai loan bhi clear ho gya hai... To ab mujhe wahi RC rkhna hai ya.. new RC jisme bank ka nam mention na ho wo rkhna pdega?

When I sent my RC copy to the RTo agent, he said I would have to bring NOC from the bank and copy of an email of bank to RTO official mail id for transfer the ownership. Please advice.
I have taken IDFC First Bank loan last year in Bengaluru. Bank executive told it's hypothecation free. Now I received NOC from bank via post. In the RC Extract downloaded from VAHAN website shows HP details. Means i have to visit RTO for hypothecation removal.
Bro i bought an xpulse second the first owner bought the bike through instalment but now its all clear so do i need noc to change the registration...???
