If you start from dubai by 5 oclk itself Then only you can reach without traffic also you will get parking I recommend when u are returning back from Rak u better be there and leave by 2 oclk so you can come to dubai without traffic

@jainaasish03 no u can see from car but u cant stay in parking for so long So better you can go to beach sea shore (its free) and sit in car after fireworks amd leave by 2 oclk it will be zero crowd after 2
