Thx for the upload. When the pixel 3a came out I was intrigued. I was using an iphone 8 and made the jump to pixel 3a. This was the video that helped me make the switch. I'm glad I did. Love my phone. Had it over a year and its still going. Mg wife is a professional photographer and she admits the camera is better than her iphone.

It is worth noting that using camera apps such as Instagram or Snapchat will yield poor quality photos on the Pixel 3a and 3a XL as these apps rely on the Pixel Visual Core which is only available in the flagship models.

Now I use a *Pixel 3a* and with the same windy circumstances I get the rumbling wind noise 90% of the time, which again on my Pixel 1 wasn't a problem.

without regards to the price ..3a is for photography for its sharpness constrast..and the other one for videography which has the good color tones and not over sharpen...but of course if price is the matter ...3a is the best

But what about camera lag on HDR, Nightsight where the 3 had to 'think' for a bit while doing AI processing? The 3a has a slower chip, so slower camera processing? It's not just about the end result but how it got there.
You can see a small variation between them. Pixel 3 has more life to it It's like the 3a does 90%. Almost perfect. Though what I wish is that Google reduce the image processing time. It takes more than 2secs in image processing

No point. They've got arguably the best camera w a single lense. There's many OEM w dual cameras and it still doesn't compare. Google is probably lazy and cheap.
When the differences are so hardly noticeable then it becomes academic....take a pic and then look at it on 5 or whatever different PC and or laptop screens then it becomes totally irrelevant as all screens will be showing colours differently...sitting at my main PC and my Dell utra sharp then the 3 looks marginally more saturated, but that doesnt mean its true color as if i was there, maybe the 3a was a truer representation..who knows...who cares , the pics and vids from the 3a are way above the quality needed for the vast vast majority of people in the majority of situations and usages

The differences were so small it could've just been down to quality control, if you're in it for the camera the 3a is amazing.

In the landscape type photos I noticed a lack of contrast in a lot of 3a photos.
For the average user just wanting some landscape pictures for Instagram while on vacation, it does really well.

The 3A has 3.5mm audio input, whilst the 3 doesn't. Also, the 3A doesn't do wireless charging nor will it take additional SD storage.
