    Yes, I also worked in SBI but I left. I was very ambitious about SBI, I joined SBI at the age of 22 bhy after 1 year of working I felt that this is not the one I loved.
    I left SBI and Joined RRB as Scale 1 officer.
    Money can't be the alternative of your happy life.

    SBI is the best professional job , a POcan easily earn the 70k per month after 12 bipartite .
    SBI po is the highest paying job in India.

      LIC AAO , FCI, RBI GRADE B, NABABRD grade a, SBI PO se accha kamate honge isme.

      There are lot's of job to earn, BUT THE Presure in SBI are Tremendous.
      I worked then I left SBI.
      Money isn't over your mental health

    Got SBI PO recently and like you most of the experienced people are saying the target problem. As of now, I have zero real level experience.. so I am doubtful to choose SSC jobs over SBI..I git SBI UDC job recently.. what can be wise decision.. you suggestions?

      UDC job will be better if you get a promotion there..
      Otherwise SBI PO is better in terms of progress.
      For peace, choose UDC

      No.. they were supportive.. bcz they were also seeing the suffering in that job.. and after those many hours , I used to come and study.. they thought that I have the determination to do something beyond SBI

      Public Sector Banks mein ab mostly ye hi culture aa raha hai .. RRBs mein alag alag culture hai bar jagah but ab tk mostly relaxed hai in comparison

      Nothing happens if you don't achieve targets

      No.. koi job se remove nahi karega if you don’t achieve targets..
      But humiliation ki aadat daalni padegi..
      it is achievable but depends upon many factors like scope of area, staff , image of the branch etc.

    I am aslo bound to sit till 8 pm in the branch. A person can easily get demotivate to work in SBI

    Sir i want suggestion should i go for rrb po or ibps po( most likely i will get cbi because that is my first preference also i have 31+ in mains). What will be your suggestion?

      If you want more money and frequent transfer in allover India go for IBPS PO and if you want a less hectic or easy going life with 10k 20k less salary join RRB PO. Simple all the best

      If you want to stay within a state, go for RRB, work pressure is still a little leaser than PSBs
      For perks financial benefits and growth go for PSBs

    Sir I have been selected as sbi po this year and I have applied for extension my next joining date is 3 oct. I am currently working in my home city in esic as udc should I leave esic for sbi po.

      if your goal is to get fast promotions and get fast paced progress, then sbi is great for u.. but u have to remember that cost of progress is not easy to pay. You have to let go your personal life, work-life balance is going to be lost somewhere.
      I dont know how peaceful ESIC UDC is but I am very much sure that it is better than SBI.
      if priority is peace and work life balance= Stay with ESIC
      if priority is progress and getting higher in ladder= Go with SBI PO
