Yes, I also worked in SBI but I left. I was very ambitious about SBI, I joined SBI at the age of 22 bhy after 1 year of working I felt that this is not the one I loved.
I left SBI and Joined RRB as Scale 1 officer.
Money can't be the alternative of your happy life.

There are lot's of job to earn, BUT THE Presure in SBI are Tremendous.
I worked then I left SBI.

@@sushantashit7566 did u worked as SBI po ? For how long and what are you doing now ?
Money is not the priority for everyone..
Brother do make a video on rrb work culture and how is it compared to sbi or ibps po??
sure.. i will make a video on that
@@banker.pandey yes indeed
Got SBI PO recently and like you most of the experienced people are saying the target problem. As of now, I have zero real level experience.. so I am doubtful to choose SSC jobs over SBI..I git SBI UDC job recently.. what can be wise decision.. you suggestions?
Sbi udc ..ye konsi job h sir ??
UDC job will be better if you get a promotion there..
Otherwise SBI PO is better in terms of progress.
For peace, choose UDC
Sir sbi bank po job is hell and as well as slow poison job will ruined one whole life.
As sbi po you have to do cold calls ??
Yes
How did u convince ur family and in-laws......did u face friction/opposition from them?
No.. they were supportive.. bcz they were also seeing the suffering in that job.. and after those many hours , I used to come and study.. they thought that I have the determination to do something beyond SBI
@@banker.pandey Thank u sir
Can u please tell difference between the allowance like petrol, hra, lfc between sbi and rrb po
Sir baki bank po me v kya asa hota hai jse ibps po & rrb po me??
Public Sector Banks mein ab mostly ye hi culture aa raha hai .. RRBs mein alag alag culture hai bar jagah but ab tk mostly relaxed hai in comparison
Sir do targets which are assigned by sbi achievable or not? If i didn't achieve does sbi remove from that job?
Nothing happens if you don't achieve targets
No.. koi job se remove nahi karega if you don’t achieve targets..
But humiliation ki aadat daalni padegi..
it is achievable but depends upon many factors like scope of area, staff , image of the branch etc.
How did u switch? And where are u working right now?
I gave exam for IBPS RRB scale 2.. working currently in Punjab
what about SBI clerk?
are this cons applicable to them also?
Yes.. most of the cons apply to them also
Totally agree with you!
I'm working in SBI as an associate. Planning to go for RRB PO this year. ✌️
I am aslo bound to sit till 8 pm in the branch. A person can easily get demotivate to work in SBI
All the best bro
@@banker.pandey thank you, attempted 56 in pre (3rd aug)
Why RRB po , why don't you try SBI po
I'm a newly joined po in sbi.....
In these only three months I have faced everything that u said......
Everyday I felt like I'm in a hell
i have my sympathy with u bro.. abhi to shuruwat hai.. aage aage aur b mushkil khadi hongi.. just try to get out of that hell
@@banker.pandey Thanks sir for this reply....and definitely I will try my best🙏
Sir i want suggestion should i go for rrb po or ibps po( most likely i will get cbi because that is my first preference also i have 31+ in mains). What will be your suggestion?
If you want more money and frequent transfer in allover India go for IBPS PO and if you want a less hectic or easy going life with 10k 20k less salary join RRB PO. Simple all the best
If you want to stay within a state, go for RRB, work pressure is still a little leaser than PSBs
For perks financial benefits and growth go for PSBs
@@banker.pandey i am joining psb

@@banker.pandey thank you so much sir!
sir niacl ao or sbi po mai kya best rhega???
Niacl AO no doubt
Sir kya pvt bank vale bi eligible h Scale 2 k lie?
Yes
Do Female employees also left at 8-9 pm?
Yes.. Female Officers also leave at 8-9..
Sir I have been selected as sbi po this year and I have applied for extension my next joining date is 3 oct. I am currently working in my home city in esic as udc should I leave esic for sbi po.
Please reply sir
if your goal is to get fast promotions and get fast paced progress, then sbi is great for u.. but u have to remember that cost of progress is not easy to pay. You have to let go your personal life, work-life balance is going to be lost somewhere.
I dont know how peaceful ESIC UDC is but I am very much sure that it is better than SBI.
if priority is peace and work life balance= Stay with ESIC
if priority is progress and getting higher in ladder= Go with SBI PO
@@banker.pandeythank you very much sir for your opinion.
Have you joined sbi po?@@Volar.morghulis
