Sir, Please show me a way I completely my graduation in BE engineering. and my age is 23 My working cader is an UDA (Upper Division Assistant) in karnataka State Govt.but in karnataka this job is known as FDA cader (First Division Assistant).but I work in a technical section, The promotion are also good in this post and work is also Nice,worklife balance is best but in this both sector i thought that if any one exam cleared i want to go to Lic insurance sector or banking sector Should i continue my preparation plz give me some advice on switching to Lic mainly.
Lic u can do Bank is straight no But overall i think u r in a good job so try for big things. Switching job for assistant post will be backwards step except rbi or lic.
@@sag2975 Thank you for the advice, yes,you are write I am looking forward for lic AAO and NABARD why not RBI because if I cleared the exam by any chance the major posting are in Mumbai and in my whole survives I can only stay in karnataka for maximum 5 years, My mother doesn't want to go out of state, She is very happy here I don't want to disappoint her. I can lead my life with little less money and more happier seeing her.

It's worth it if you are unemployed. If already in bank then go for state or centre govt jobs
