So. For 27 years(1986-2013), Vice City hasn't changed. Looks like 2013, in Vice City has no Metrorail yet. But the weird thing is, Miami Metrorail began it's operation in 1984 where GTA VCS takes place and 2 years before the events of GTA Vice City. Did Rockstar forgot to add the Metrorail in both VCS and VC or they just removed from the final game because the map is small.

Hello! First video I've seen you do, and I loved it! Don't mind me but I'm gonna just pinpoint out a few details just or the fun of it, but good job man! Keep it up!
1- Random bicycle in the middle of the driveway.
2- In one scene, he is parked just on the yellow line. Next scene he is perfect distance from it.
3- Of course Michael is that generous to get tickets to a professional airline to get to Vice City, even though he could've stolen a plane or aircraft and fly himself.
4- Air traffic signals are frozen stiff.
5- Michael uses Tommy Vercetti's first safe house, Ocean View hotel.
6- The only patch of the beach that is grayer than around it. "That's just what I needed."
7- Either the next day, or Michael has the ability to completely freeze time in Vice City to enjoy golfing in the same time frame.
8- Michael uses the small putter to hit golfball to no near hole.
9- Vice City sure is lonely. I don't even know how he got his own car, and where the miracle taxi came from early on.
10- Of all coincidences, Michael comes across a near accident with Vercetti, when Vercetti just so picked that time to drive out from his mansion.
11- Logo: Bunch of Tools. Proceeds to look at officer standing next to that store.
12- Police car is not green like in Vice City, and of all the lonely town with Michael being the only one driving, dispatch calls for something up in Vice Point (it was in Washington Beach).
13- Cop goes after speeder, even though we were able to drive until maximum speed without any cop chasing us for speeding.
14- Cortez's yacht is still here!
15- Cops definitely take that turn into the pier during cop chases. And he proceeds to going into the narrow dock. Even when we did the mission "All hands on deck" the Feds don't turn into the dock! Oh but wait, Cortez's boat is still there, what am I kidding.
16- Michael's car disappears.
17- Michael gets sea blocked in front by 4 small boats. Does not proceed to turn around them.
18- Tommy makes a new enemy, like he doesn't have enough already.
19- And voila, Michael's car reappears near this police station, and in police parking.
20- Michael comes across Vercetti once more.
21- How did Michael pop his tires? The only certain way I know is if you place spike strips and drive his car over them.. nah his car didn't make a sound. How about shoot his tires? But he got released from jail therefore losing all his firearms, plus there was no shots fired. How did it happen???
22- Ooh, karma's a b---h ain't it Tommy? _Flashback of Vercetti flashing the middle finger at Michael when he was in the cruiser._
23- Perfect place to park any car.
24- Airplane is a lot higher when taking off, than when it was landing.
25- So professional airport airlines are the only planes allowed to fly over Fort Baxter. You try flying our own plane or heli over the military base and you get shot from who knows what range!
26- And who picked up Michael's car in Los Santos and brought it back home, which forces him to holler a taxi ride home to Los Santos? I don't see Jimmy's bike in the middle of the driveway anymore.
27- Tommy Vercetti really knows his way from Florida to Los Angeles to get someone back for popping his tires. Just go to the nearby mechanic's shop and fix your ride it'll only cost 100 bucks, and your mansion (overtaken from Diaz) produces up to 5k every day!
28- And his arrival to Los Santos must've costed him nothing, and that cliff-hangar. What a threat! Just make Tommy run off of sidewalks into the road and he'll surely die!
