Hi, i am new to stones and crystals. I have one sodalite bracelet and yesterday, when i wore it for class (I'm a teacher), my words and explanations were constructed efficiently. And i felt an ease to approach the student and making them understand the new theory im teaching them that day.
i was very drawn to the Sodalite star in a local crystal shop. i am very new to crystals and didn’t even know what is was when i got it, after reading the description i realized why i had been drawn to it. i am a proud Sagittarius
Sodalite is my favourite stone, it called to me as I was looking through different kinds of stones. I knew nothing about it but i just felt drawn to it. So I googled it and it literally described my life, it helps with calcium levels and I have a calcium deficiency and it calms panic attacks and so many other things I love it
I use sodalite to increase vulnerability for my podcast and TH-cam channel. As an introvert, I struggled to start sharing; I use sodalite because I can use all the help I can get! ;) Great explanation and video. Sodalite helped me. :)
That is a wonderful use for Sodalite! It is truly one of my favorite stones because it really helps me accept and share my authentic self with others. I just bought my first, that happened to be sodalite. Held and closely looked at each option and it came down to sodalite and snowflake obsidian. After watching your video I’m so amazed about how everything you said related to me and my life, what I’m striving for / etc. My body feels so light now and I really do feel more clarity. My first thought to why I chose it was because it took me back to the ocean/lake waves, and I felt a sense of calm immediately
What's interesting is that for the longest time, I strangely never quite had an affinity with Sodalite, but I don't think I was ready for it yet... until recently. A few weeks ago, when my local gemstone shop finally reopened to the public, I went in and there was this rough palm sized Sodalite with a long white stripe of calcite in the middle that was calling to me. I decided to purchase it and meditate with it at home. I keep it next to my work desk (still currently working from home since COVID-19 escalated), and Sodalite has been so helpful. I'm an introvert and I'm always self-critical about what I say and how I act towards others. Previously, I used to have these mini panic attacks too! But since working with Sodalite, I feel like my mind is more sharpened and I can think more logically I feel less stressed out when speaking to others. As a matter of fact, I had to give an impromptu Zoom presentation to my workmates, and Sodalite (patiently sitting next to my keyboard, lol) very much helped me speak with much clarity and confidence. So thank you so much for your video on Sodalite. You've basically confirmed all that I had learned ever since I was finally ready to work with this lovely stone! 🙏💙

omg I've been pronouncing this wrong. My son always asks what this stone is and I couldn't remember what i bought. I picked a mostly white sodalite. Then this video came up! So thankful. So excited to use this !

I’ve been saying the name wrong. I thought it was “Soda” Light(Like the drink) LoL Sodalite was one of the first stones I noticed I was extremely drawn to. I seem to be drawn to blue coloured stones more often than any other stone. I have stones of all varieties. But over half of them are either black stones or blue stones. And I’m always drawn to more and more of them. I guess my throat chakra is trying to tell me something. My Zodiac sign is an Air sign; Libra. And the throat is based in the element of air so that might be why. But I’m also a writer and I’ve noticed that most of the stones recommended for artists seem to be based around the throat, heart, and sacral chakras. Could you possibly do a video about Carribean Calcite? I just got a large piece and id love to have a meditation to use with it as well as learn more about it. It’s just so beautiful and oh so calming. I highly recommend it to anyone with high stress amounts in your life or any kind of inflammatory pain on a regular basis, like arthritis. It works amazingly.
I've heard that sodalite also boosts metabolism and soothes food cravings any opinions or thoughts on that I'm trying to use Crystals and rocks to help weight loss on a mental spiritual level

Also I have a lot of anxiety due to PTSD, and I've noticed my amethyst stone in cracking and chipped. Do crystals break if they absorb too much negative energy?
No they don't crack or chip due to too much accumulated energy, but they may be less effective. And the stones will still work even if they are chipped. I would suggest Googling images of Sodalite and comparing your piece to those pictures. The only gemstone that really looks similar to Sodalite is Lapis.
I’m no expert at all.. but that was not a good idea.. I did the same with my first piece .. had to go out and buy some more.. I just placed it on some selenite for about 18 hours
@@ReikiGemWellness But when I searched google about this crystal, it said that sodalite shouldn’t come in contact with water. I play tennis and I usually sweat a lot. I really want to wear this crystal during my games but I’m afraid that it will damage the crystal.
Sodalite is just fine in water. I have tumbled Sodalite often, and that involves weeks of tumbling stones in water and they do not dissolve. It is still softer stone so if somehow to hit the stone against something it might break. 🙏
