You are perfectly right madam👍 this is a kind of mental health problems. I am the victim. But i am alright now but still sometimes sleepless and overstay at night. I preferred going to gym at 3 or 3.30am at night becoz of sleepless. I suffered a lot .moreover, i was admitted in mental health hospital and stayed there for 3 months and after that for another three months i was given home treatment and even counselling a lot for years.I used to think a lot and feeling stressed. I feel better at present. I study and work together to come up from all the negatives happened in my past life. I thank to God, doctors, nurses and other health care staffs🙏🙏🙏🙏.
