In this lecture we have covered forest resources with definitions of forest as per FAO/FSI, Forest type classification, benefits of forest, Deforestation: its causes, impacts and control measures. Keeping in view the diverse range of student audience from science, arts and commerce field the lecture is bilingual i.e. Hindi and English.
