Is it possible to expand the design tips list. For me as a mechanical engineer, this would be so helpfull and you and your customers would also benefit a lot.
“High precision components, 0.001 mm” Ahhhh what? That’s 0.00003 inches. That is high end laboratory type stuff. We have a 100K plus measuring machine and it can’t come even close to that, not even remotely. I am pretty sure it should have been in inches when he was talking. I work and manufacture in Aerospace, and I have never seen a print come close to that. Hell raise the room temp 1/2 of 1 degree and your out of spec.
“CNC machining is not well suited to large scale production runs as the time required for setup and programming can become a bottleneck”… what? The larger the run the less impactful setup and programming is. What’s the alternative, setup a forging line? Yeah that’s quick and easy and won’t require machining afterwards 😂

Also, the moment you upload aerospace part anywhere else apart from your pc - will get yourself in big trouble... 😂
You are Right,
I have a Plan
they are talking about high quality products and working with Haas machines...
Haas machines can make high quality products with close tolerances, not everything has to be dmg mori

You said "CNC machining" 19 times. That's once every 25 seconds, haha :)
What can we say…. We LOVE CNC machining 😅
Sounds like a seo optimized text from ChatGPT:P
@@TheKdcool We love innovation too 😅 but less intensity is noted for the next video ;)
