    Salt - 3 pinches
    Turmeric Powder - 2 pinches
    For Tomato Puree
    Tomatoes - 2
    Ginger - 1 inch
    Green chili - 1
    Garlic cloves - 6
    For Khus Paste
    Cashew nuts - 12
    Khus Khus seeds (Poppy seeds) - 1 tsp
    For Gravy
    Mustard Oil
    Bay leaf - 1
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Cardamoms - 2
    Cloves - 2
    Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
    Chopped Onion - 1
    Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Red chili powder - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
    Hot water as required
    Coriander leaves
    Parwal marination: Parwal, salt, and turmeric powder
