On the toe lifting - do you just lift the toes (ball of the foot stays on the ground) or do you lift the whole foot but leaving the heel on the ground. And he talks about adding weight to it - how does that work? Just set some weight on the foot?
The Grand Canyon an ancient quarry, eh? I haven't heard that one before. You gotta be careful with the conspiracy theorists though - they turn out to be right once in a while. There WAS a second gunman on the grassy knoll you know. At any rate, walking backwards? I haven't heard that one either. I'm willing to try anything once. I'll just have to be careful not to trip over a dog!
