Hello from SEATTLE! I'd like to see maybe Clutch and other bands work their networking mojo to get Wrust onto a bill in Europe, U.S. and/ or South America! I like Skinflint okay, but they edge a little too close into the commercial sound for my taste.
This is my first time ever listening to Wrust. I fucking enjoyed it. This is the type of metal/music that is worth supporting. I'm a lifelong metal head and I gotta say I found my way here through a crazy weird source. The Wall Street Journal.
That makes two of us. This song is extremely epic. What I like about this song is the riffs are heavy yet uniquely melodious at the same time. The screaming is also not over the top but pleasant, natural, and you can actually understand what the lead vocalist is saying.
The lead guitar is so freaking kickass! !!! You can see through this song the influence of their culture, it's just so amazing... I swear I've never heard anything like that. Rock on guys !
For now, I think Botswana is the country with the most metal scene in it. But in time, Africa could possibly be the last frontier for heavy metal in almost all countries, but I agree with you, this is pretty cool.
