A well planned DOE can get masses of process knowledge, make money and smash your competition!! It should take a day to plan it correctly, here's a video to show how to do it..

Lets see Paul Allens DoE
Love table 5. Was creating something very similar to review DOE with an audience.
"Be there" very very important, as much as we think our test pattern and or test plan is clear, there are always unknowns and occurrences that aren't recorded. Confidence in data.
Indeed one for most important advanced Six Sigma tools for discovering the best settings of process inputs to optimise process outputs.
Thank you Paul, you have given a very fundamental information to inspire me how to design an experiment.
Alan - if you want the design sheet drop me a line on paul.allen@allenp.co.uk
Well presented. Thank you.
this is great, i just created a similar template to force upon people before running DOE. Thank you for this valuable information!
Diana - If want more information on my DOE approach I've just released a new book...
' Design of experiments for 21st century engineers' you can get it from LULU.COM
Great, super clear and helpful, thank you!
You're welcome!
mr paul its wonderful, great approach--
Doctor - Thankyou for your positive comments. If you'd like more of the same my book 'drink tea and read the paper' can be bought from LULU.COM. It contains all the principles of the video's...
Absolutely great presentation!
Thank you kindly Donald - if you want a subject covering or a question answering drop me a line...
Thanks a lot. It's great!
Yanhong - many thanks for the positive comment..
Great lesson, thank you so much
Glad you liked it!
great work Paul - the best training video i have seen on this subject
Glad it was helpful - Cheers
very appreciated !
Glad it helped
Hey Paul, squash?
love you paul
Glad I can help!
Great video. Tks so much for sharing. Would you mind sharing the template?
Bruno - great to hear from you. Send me an e-mail on paul.allen@allenp.co.uk
Amazing! now lets see Patrick Bateman's tutorial on DOE. Jk.
Great video Paul!
My question is where can I find the template you have used in this video?
Aarsh - good to hear from you. If you send me an e-mail (Paul.allen@allenp.co.uk) I'll send you a copy...
Hi Paul,
Thank you for the presentation. Can you use DOE to solve and predict product scheduling?
Hi Daniel, no need for DOE, set up a repetitive fixed schedule and see what happens...
Hi Paul,
Can I get your email to give you details? This is more complex than repetitive fixed schedule. There are more than 100 products with similar recipes that need to be charted to 2 cast film die machines for the least waste possible.
Hi Daniel - the solution is the same, please drop me a line on paul.allen@allenp.co.uk

Nice video, where can I get this DOE template?
send me a mail on paul.allen@allenp.co.uk
Good video but an example is needed
I'll see what I can do....
Excellent video. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Paul,
That is indeed what I was looking for. I am very well prepared to start my work but I was sort of lost how to initiate the work ... Your template was a great help!!!!
Nasser - many thanks for your comments, my site has been hacked and at the moment I can't load anymore video's. It'll be sorted soon, but if can help please drop me a line on paul.allen@allenp.co.uk or buy my book drink tea and read the paper' from Lulu.com
Hlo
How are u bro
Hey Paul, as usual great input. I have a doubt. What is the method in doe to be used when i have multiple responses and multiple factors? I know only how to optimize single response cases.
Thanks a lot Paul
