As far as T type guitars go, this one seems to be just about what I would consider the perfect one. Sure, it is not exactly the traditional layout, but in terms of sounds it can get very close to it with far more tonal variation and the extra flexibility of that trem. The awesome looks don't hurt either, apart from greasy paw prints.

Just Googled the guitar and it seems that Schecter is indeed feeling generous, Zzounds has it up for pre-order at $899

I really loved the Firefly reviews, I'm retired now, and would love to learn, how to play. Keep up the great work. I look forward to your reviews.

Would be great if you provided some neck measurements (like thickness at the 1st and 12th) and or what it compared to that we’re all likely familiar with. Spec sheet for the guitar just doesn’t say enough so I’m likely not interested until I get one in hand or get more info. Thanks for showing us all these beautiful guitars.

The frets are Xtra jumbo stainless steel, schecter classics. Spoon material yet super kick ass on guitar.

I have owned four Schecters so far. Two of the models were manufactured around 2010, a Damien Elite 6 and a C-1 Classic. Both were flawless in every way down to the fret ends, the flawless finish the well-cut nut, and the general setup. More or less ready to play when they arrived to me. Then the latest additions to my collection were a C-1 Blackjack ATX manufactured in 2016, and a KM-6 MK-II manufactured in 2018. Both had disappointing QC issues, especially considering they are high-end models. The Blackjack had some minor flaws in the cream binding (not that big of a deal) but the nut was not cut properly at all and the general setup of the guitar left much to be desired. I had to get it to a luthier to make it playable; he had to properly cut the nut and also widen the saddle slots at the bridge in addition to the normal setup. Then, my biggest disappointment: the KM-6 had a significant area with a thick layer of glue residue on the fretboard, extending all the way to the binding. I was honestly shocked how anyone doing even a basic QC could have missed that. Especially considering the price of the guitar and that it is a signature model. These things should not happen and I have not had a similar issue even on my budget-friendly Indonesian Ibanez or LTD. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my Schecters. In fact, the Blackjack is probably my favourite guitar. However, it seems to me that quality control at Schecter (at least for the European market) is either very inconsistent or is not as good as it used to be...

Sounds good, looks good, polished well, ash body, and a trem?!
    Wowza!
I wonder how these will be affected with the whole shortage of ash thing.

Mmmmm yeah, I'm almost groveling for you to do a review on Duesenberg guitar for a couple of reasons. I recently found and purchased a Duesenberg semi hollow locally at a garage sell for $150.00 yeah $150.00 and it was still in the shipping box. (Story for another time) I still haven't opened it, should I? I only know it's a semi hollow because it's written on the box

The best Tele I ever played was partscaster made from a Schecter PT body and a Fender Telecaster neck.
