Usually, you apply in the same year you graduate high school (usually May) to be able to go to university immediately after 12th grade

I believe the TUM scholarship is only available for students who are enrolled at TUM

It depends on the scholarship but they usually have their own dedicated online application forms

Well, considering the money has to come from somewhere, the government will notice that your employer has paid you X€, but you haven't declared anything. If you get your money in cash, I'm pretty sure the bank has to report high deposits. Just dont do it
They are gonna raise eyebrows and start asking questions. Because if you're employed somewhere the company has to report to the government
