This was so lovely, Eid is one of my favourite times of the year and it’s so cool to see that the culture of going to peoples houses for food and cake is something so many of us share ♥️ I would love to visit Uzbekistan next, specifically Samarkand and Bukhara. I’m addition to the natural beauty and the lovely art and architecture (not to mention the bread), so many Muslim scholars have come from and studied there and it would be really special to be able to experience that atmosphere and connection to the people to paved the way for so much of our understanding today
