What a great review, Mariana! I am so in love with Matthew pants, I might add this color to my collection!! Love Emile and Othelo on you. The Loulou pants are soooo cute, such a beautiful fall print!! Great pieces you picked ❤
Mila, que honra ter voce por aqui ❤ I dared to try the Matthew trousers after hearing good reviews from Katie and you - this color is to die for! I think the Loulou pants with the Drea vest matches your style and I think will look amazing on you! Well, what doesn't?! Thanks for the comment!
These colors are made for you, Mari! I think the darker blue was also a good match with your skin tone. Too bad for the pants, because the warmer ones looked great on you, but I 100% understand the need not to have pants that are dry clean only, I’d do the same. I think you should keep the Chlo shirt, it looks amazing, and also the Matthew pants in this size, they’re perfect. I find them to he true to size only.
Hey, Lidia! Thanks for the feedback on the Barry cardigan. I loved it too, but I wasn't sure about the color. I ordered the Matthew trousers in a size down, so we'll see how they fit. I always have a hard time with Sezane bottoms 😅
As an Australian I love the Blue Chlo shirt as we are in Spring and heading into Summer where a light weight shirt is very comfortable for office attire. Sezane is growing rapidly in other parts of the world so it does not surprise me that they included something that was probably not made for Autumn but instead made for those in the southern hemisphere who are heading into warmer not colder weather. I can highly recommend the Louis cardigan however if you are keeping the Matthew trousers you might want to wait and get the matching Betty ❤
Oh, you're absolutely right! I hadn't thought about that, but it actually makes a lot of sense, especially for pieces where the palette works for both. It explains why the fabric feels so light and isn't very wearable in the fall/winter. Thanks for the comment and for pointing this out!
@@whatmarianalikes you’re welcome. I’ve subscribed. It’s lovely to see Mila and Lidia in your comments too. I think the “Sezane” community on TH-cam genuinely wants to help each other make wise clothing choices 💕
Love the look of the Emile cardigan and it looks great on you! I just wish it was made from merino wool cause my sensitive skin cannot handle itchy sweaters 😢
I liked the Othello and Barry on you, especially the color. I get what you mean though about some cuts just not working. Same here as I have bigger arms and bust and whether items drape well really matters. I bought the Emile too and find it doesn't negatively emphasize those parts parts. Lol. I really liked the burgundy trousers on you, though yeah, size down. Is there an elastic waist and can they be hemmed? Don't want to buy if not.
Thank you for suggesting that I take the Matthew trousers smaller! It has an elastic waistband but nothing at the hem so getting hemmed isn't a great idea. The pants are extremely comfortable and really worth the investment if they work for your height. Great to hear someone else likes the Emile cardigan too, sometimes I feel it doesn't get the love it deserves on reviews online!
@@whatmarianalikes the Othello has not the Right colour for me and I looked more fat. I bought instead the gaspard in Vintage blue . I just had the Othello in Brown and sold him because the colour looked so Bad on me. But I like Othello on other people. The Emilia I have in 2 Colours. And the Basile, too. I think it is very similar to Emile. Sorry for my bad english!!
@@cocoparisienne1779 It's the same for me, I loved it in the model but not in me. I think it also has to do with the heavy filters Sezane uses in her photos, as Othello looks more like a grayish blue, whereas in real life it's brighter. The vintage blue Gaspard is a great alternative and so beautiful!

Aw thank you very much for the feedback, it’s very kind of you ♥️

I agree, it's a shame! Emile is so lovely and flattering, but it's not quite as soft and smooth as merino wool or cotton. Thanks for the comment ❤
I have Michele jacket and it's unreal ❤

Where did you buy the brown boots you wore with the burgundy pants?
These are the discontinued (?) Sezane's Mischa boots. I think a similar model, however in patent leather is the Axelle boots.
I had the same pieces here and I kept the red emile
@@cocoparisienne1779 Really? How did you find Othello? The crimson red Emile is stunning indeed - great choice!
