Such a nice looking kit. Too bad it can't do a barrel roll. For around 5 grams for real ailerons is a better investment and more scale than fake guns.

Yes it is 3D printed. It is light and strong, but I think I will have to make some foam ones to drop on the hard gym floor at NEAT.

Send me the file and I could try to print one from LW-PLA? It's quite tough and about 1/2 the weight of normal solid plastic materials. Not sure how printable the design is by FDM but worth a try!
