(Grazie Google Translate).
I dedicate this video to ALL those TH-cam viewers, WHATEVER their NATIONALITY or ETHNICITY (English, French, Italian, German, American, Indian, etc, etc), who tell me that my recipes are wrong simply because I don't do things the same way that they or their favourite TV Chef does them! Nigella, Gordon, I hope you are taking note... FACEBOOK: / titlisbusykitchen

as someone who makes pizza several times a week, this is a very authentic recipe. and much care has gone into it.
It's really not
3:30 - my favorite line from any youtube video, ever!
What about "4.000 tbsp of ultra virgin olive oil". LOL
PoIsOnDiVx if it’s ultra virgin then you should use the oil from my hair
Your absolutely right. I made a pizza and it wasn't a perfect circle and it tasted disgusting
@SuperGiuggiolina The recipe is irrelevant. Maybe you should look at some other Italian recipes on YT and see how abusive some of your countrymen are towards people who try to cook Italian food. Take a look at VideoJug's recipe for Spaghetti Bolognese, for example. It may not be perfect, but it does not deserve the kind of language that appears in the comments.
I refuse to make videos of Italian recipes any more - I don't need the abuse.
@RICCARDOBARTOLINI I wish I had a dollar for every time some writes, "I'm Italian and this isn't pizza" :-)
Despite my best efforts, I am unable to seductivley slice tomatoes. Can I replace the seductive with another adverb?
I am italian, from Naples, and what you prepared doesn't even remind me of pizza, but I love your dogmatic attitude and appreciate your precious advice about the shape of a pizza, which will indeed influence the way it tastes ;-)
@stefyg85 Don't worry - I know many Italians and they are lovely people. It just seems that recipes for Italian dishes on TH-cam attract trolls!
*hugs from France*
Ooooooooh! I'm laughing so hard I'm crying! CRYING!!!!! What a great sense of humour.
@drempt1 Actually, according to the Italians it's not even a proper pizza... But then that wasn't the point of the video.
I have no influence on the comments people make on my videos, or the comments people make about comments. I don't feel that my ass is saved or that it even needed saving. Some people like what I do, some don't. I never lose a minute's sleep over those that don't.
I'm curious as to why you think people should be on all fours in front of you?
@RICCARDOBARTOLINI Alright. Here's the deal. You send me the recipe for "Real Pizza" in a message and I'll make it in a video. Then if someone complains I'll send them to you :-D
"It must be in a perfect circle or else the pizza will taste disgusting!"
Best thing I have ever heard in my existence.
I love you videos and your great sense of humor! Keep making more!
@ipodgrey2 Is that 2cm by 1 cm cubes? I need exact measurements...
Hahahaha 3:31, you are so lovely i had to suscribe immediately, congratulations for an amazing cooking channel :)
@sudz58 Three tricks that work for me: 1. Keep a light dusting of flour on the surface and rolling pin. 2. keep turning the dough over, and 3. Keep turning the dough around. So I might go something like two rolls of pin, turn dough round 45 degrees, two rolls of pin, turn 45 degs, two rolls of pin, flip dough over, and keep going. With a bit of practice I'm sure you'll get the hang of it. Until then you'll just have to eat rancid-tasting pizzas.
"you have to roll it in a perfect circle otherwise the pizza will taste disgusting." LOL i love you Titli
I swear to the heavens above, you're one of the most hilarious people I've seen, and your cooking is damn good as well. I'm a complete greenhorn in the kitchen, but it is my solemn hope that though the long and arduous path ahead is doubtless fraught with burnt garlic, curdled cream and spice-induced coughing fits I can somehow tread it to the heights of culinary prowess. Your videos provide the perfect inspiration!
Read my comment again. The recipe in this video is irrelevant. The title has a meaning, but it's not about the pizza.
There are usually 2 types of people who watch this video: Those who get it and those who don't. And then there is a third type of person who refuses to recognise or admit that they don't get it and continue to insist that this is not an Italian pizza recipe. Guess what... I know!
Go watch my other pizza recipe for something more "authentic".
Thanks for the compliment.
I am italian and I LOVE both this video and Titli :D thanks for the dedication!
Lovely :) So hungry right now :D
Loved your kheer recipe... made it so many times now, instant goodness in a bowl.
You rock, Titli! I've learned a lot from your videos - thanks for posting! :)
OMG!! this is amazing! thanks for this section I love it!
@Viking19190 Of course not. I used garlic bulbs which had been in my shoes for 3 weeks.
I'm English from Birmingham (the city where Midland Bank - now HSBC - was founded)... AND YOUR COMMENT IS NOT PERFECT ENGLISH.
You may wish to watch my other video about Italian Pizza :-)
"You must roll it into a perfect circle, otherwise the pizza is going to taste disgusting!" I love you :D
"roll it into a perfect circle or the pizza will taste disgusting" that cracked me up :D
The epitome of the stereotypical English grandmother accents. haha
Looool, the introduction and ingredients part was sooo funny. The garlic and the bay leaves. I love your videos
That looks delicious, I'm going to try it! And btw, great accent! : ))
J'adore !!! Titi, je vous aime ! De la part d'un français qui vit en Grèce !
That reminds me of an italian meal i cooked for an italian friend : it turned indeed into a dogmatic argument about how long to cook the pasta.
And by the way, something is telling me that each italian family has its own recipe of tomato sauce !
Humm, my pizza are always squared ...
If only the Italians were as picky about their government as they are about their pizza ingredients! And Titly, your pizza is the roundest one I've ever seen. Much respect!
@RICCARDOBARTOLINI And your point is.. what exactly?
@MrEndott Could be lots of reasons. Yeast no good, didn't rise enough, overcooked the base, oven too hot....
I dont know why all criticize this video. This lady really tried to show how she cooks pizza. There are zillion ways u can make it, this is just one of them..Its obviously she enjoys in kitchen and i like when some1 cooks with so much passion.Ill just say tnx for the video ill try out ur recipe. And stay that crazy always:)Its a plus:)
I'm italian, the pizza you made in this video doesn't look like the ones we are used to see but I have not a single doubt about your pizza tasting as good as the italian one, maybe even more :)
Don't pay attention to closed-minded people, you're so sweet and fun and your recipes are just great. Unfortunately our country is full of racists and blind ignorants, they fear and insult what is different just because they're weak.
Keep it up, we love you
I'm Italian and i like Titli, because she is smart and, well, she KNOW how to make something tasty. i love her as i love all the many various pizza recipe i tried. they are only...Different. A pizza is a pizza, always good. :)
Well clearly the yeast did work. Or maybe we all hallucinated the dough rising...
i am in love with ur presentation. it was funny yet educating. thanks.
I love it!!. Could you please sometime show how to make a flaky pasty pastry?
@Giulsup Thanks for the tips :-)
The reason I chose Pizza to be "dogmatic" is because it is such a simple and versatile recipe that it can be adapted to whatever you like best. I have a great recipe for a "curry pizza", but I dare not post it!
You're awesome. Not sure why people have negative things to say, but I enjoy your sense of humor. The pizza look really good. I can't wait to try the recipe. Thanks for shooting the video.
I like this lady, she cooks in a very sensible way
I love your videos titli ... tried and tested.. works well for me !!! easy and shareable with my friends :) :)
Way to go !!!!!
@RICCARDOBARTOLINI But do you? What makes you believe that I don't know the "real" recipe?
I'm italian, and... I loved your video. Your sense of irony is so great! And if it tastes good, who cares about the "original" recipe!!!
Thanks for your great, tasty videos!!!
N.
@TitliNihaan.
What i can suggest you ( that's the way I make the sauce ) is:
- 1 large white onion
- 2 tbsp EVO
brown the onion in the oil
then add
- 1 tin of tomato passata or crashed tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- tsp dry oregano
- pinch of sugar
boil 40'
cool it down a bit then blend everything with the mixer adding 4 tbsp of EVO.
DELICIOUS
(normally we do not put any bell peppers in the sauce)
"otherwise the pizza will taste disguising" HAHA! that cracks me up
4.000 is some damned fine precise measurement on your part! I'm impressed!
LMAO!! YOU ARE SO FUNNY!! Nothing like laughing while you cook! I'm subscribing!
I AM DYING DROWNED IN MY OWN TEARS OF LAUGHTER!
that's her! (very entertaining videos btw, thanks for the uploads - am especially enjoying the curries).
@mickysantos Like vindaloo.... (Don't start that argument!)
I love how u made cooking funny^^ please make more of such funny and crazy video!
@dalem Glad you like it :-)
@RICCARDOBARTOLINI ...and the recipe? I'm still waiting...
I have just cooked it, it is really too good, thank you titlinihaan. i will have to like that you make other receipts of pizza pie.
I hope you make a come back. I love your recipes and your personality. Cheers.
Look person, I'm from Mexican decent and she made enchiladas. I did not get offended with her ingredients, because it's true, common foods in other cultures have become highly popularized. Now, please don't get offended when someone takes a wack at making ethnic foods. The video was entirely satire, which I LOVE USING YOUR RECIPES TITLI, THEY BRING ME MUCH JOY AND RAINBOWS TO MY LIFE. Nothing to get offended over, gosh people are so touchy lately.
This is what I always do. Its ridiculous but never fails.
If you have a fan, just turn it on and chop the onions under or near it. The fumes never reach your eyes, they just blow away. LOL. Been chopping like this for years without a shedding a single tear!
when you said Assalam Allikum, it really made me smile.it is really nice to see some western who repect other caltures. i think you are muslim. I am happy for you. muslims are the nicest people on earth. ignore the silly comments. they say mean things because you said Assalam alikum. well wa allikum alsalam sister
You just did EXACTLY like Nigella! LOL!! (Watching over and over again ahahaha )
You are awesome Titli, I think it's hilarious that so many people didn't get the whole point of this video. Who cares if something is classic or traditional, just enjoy food for what it is and how it tastes. If half the people complaining would just try to cook this before complaining. I honestly think so many people on youtube just complain cuz they think it's fun. Love what you do, keep it up.
even though i have no interest in cooking, i can watch your videos for hours :)
I love the video. Will try this out over the weekend
I had to throw it all out and start again because I mis-pronounced 'basil' when I was talking myself through the instructions.
I love da way u presenting.... & Ur pizza sauce is the one i always use for my pizzas.... Tank you soooooooooooooooo much for sharing with us... Love & hugs from Sri lanka....
I love you, Titli! and your wonderful recipes!
hi Titli..i've been trying this recipe yesterday, and it was a great hit for my family..Today, I made them again for dinner but i double the amount, and it went off in a blink..thank you soooooo much titli because before this, i've done a lot of pizzas, but the dough in this recipe is the best i've ever tried..gonna make it more and more again :)
Great recipe, and very easy to follow.
Please Titli, now do not think that all Italians are so dumb, close-minded and humor-less like a lot of youtubers have showed you with their comments below :)
I'm Italian, I love pizza and I love you :) I'll try your recipe for sure!
Thanks so much for all your videos!!! you're great :)
*big hugs from Italy*
thanks best pizza recipe i have ever tried
@kuchenO I'm glad you liked the non-Italian Italian pizza thing :-?
I had a lot of fun watching Your video, I think it's great, and I may even try the recipe ;-).
Wow, now that is one delicious looking pizza. I can certainly tell that you are an Italian cook,,,I am from Texas and I could tell right off the bat, that you speak with a thick Italian accent,,,in fact some words were so Italian, I didn't know what you were saying,,,but your finished pizza was "True Italian." You keep working on your English and I think you are going to be number one on TH-cam,,,at least in Texas you are already NUMBER ONE!!! (Remember,,,,speak more Texan.)
Everything you cook looks so awesome.
That s more or less the way I d teach ppl to make pizza!Given I m italian!Well done!!
@TheDarkViolin LOL! You fell into my trap....
o titli you're so silly and fun. the world needs more people like you :)
All those italian people claiming their pizza to be original. and I bet that wherever you go in italy, every italian does his "original" pizza differently... cheesus, its about food and food is prepared to taste. And Titli: I love your humour! :) and I love what you wrote in the description box! very true indeed!
I am asian, and I have no idea how to make proper italian pizza so I'm going to follow this
Dear Titti,
Your recipe is very interesting, and the whole video is so nice. Nevertheless, I am italian and have a few tips and correction for you:
- the typical italian mozzarella cheese is different in shape, not in stripes.
- on the dough you can just put tomato sauce and some origano and basil, but it is optional. Peppers and onion and bay leaves are not needed! :)
Ciao bella!
the dough has much better feel when streched instead of rolled and a very nice taste if left in the fridge overnight, just remember to stretch it when it's at room temperature ^^
I've only got a pizza tray with holes in it, will that work? or will it sink out of the holes and burn on the bottom of the oven?
I actually tried Titli's recipe, and it was pretty good.
P.S. i love the extremely blatant sarcasm in this video that none of the italians seem to catch....probably because it's directed at them....
@frencio89 Funny - I was in Milan airport only a few hours ago and I saw a pizza that looked exactly like this...
I am italian and this is absolutely the way to make italian pizza.
oh man... i love you and your recipes... i cooked it and it tasted great =D
thank you =)
you go girl I LOVE YOU and i totally understa,d you
im italien but i thought this was hilarious!!!!!
NEVER STOP MAKING VIDEOS!!!!!!!
UR HILARIOUS
@TitliNihaan I heard you dont need cubes but you can cut the mozarella to thin pieces 2-3Mm thick. Saw it on TV when watching a show that was looking for New Yorks best pizzeria and the winner of the show did it like that. (the winner was italian)
But anywho, im Finish and bug off all italians that dont have the respect i have to this woman who taught me to make brownies pizza dough and lots more...
YOU ROCK!
This is my new favorite channel.
had a go at it myself and i loved it it was the best i had ever had
I feel bad this comment has nothing to do with pizza, but I must say, I love how sassy this video is! :)
Im Italian and even I get your jokes. I found it amusing. =)
Congrats Titli . You Got A New Subscriber. :P I've Been Watching You're Videos For About An Year N' Finally SUBSCRIBED!!
i love this show
Going to give this a go tonight. I hope it tastes Italian enough because sadly my kitchen, my utensils nor myself are Italian! Wish me luck!
Love your videos! The curry pizza sounds fabulous. If it were anyone else I'd say don't post but you're Titli... Only you could pull it off!
