This brand new LaFerrari Aperta is part of a significant and ever-evolving collection of cars that we have been perfecting and maintaining for years now, and it joins a standard LaFerrari that’s also a part of the collection.
We at ESOTERIC have been visiting this one-of-a-kind facility bi-annually for the past 4+ years, and have seen an incredible lineup of vehicles that has included the likes of the 288 GTO, F40, and Enzo…all with the original window stickers still in place! One of the goals of the collector was to have the finest examples of these vehicles in existence, and to create a world-class facility that will showcase them as fine works of art. Each new vehicle receives our highest level of services to bring them to a quality of finish much greater than what can be done at the factory level, and then we maintain them as long as they are a part of the collection.

What brand of tape is he applying over the weather stripping at 1:23 ? I've tried using green Frog tape but the edge lifts when the pad spins over it and the polish or wax gets on the rubber anyway.

My thoughts too. I get the point about collecting, but these are made to be driven. But i'm also sure the owner has some bread and butter Ferraris to drive around :D
It doesn't bother me at all. If a collector wants to collect, then more power to them. They all get their regular services when necessary, and the lack of miles equate to a higher return on the investment. Some of our collectors drive them (hard), and some tuck them away...I'm good with both.
The owner probably has the lower exotics for the track. These things are art and most people just want to get a hard on looking at them through their epic garage.
ESOTERIC - Fine Auto Finishing but the point that he is getting at is that these are drivers cars and engineering marvels which should be appreciated, driven to its limits and loved not just kept as well maintained investments
