I joined a TN group on Facebook and we share pain management ideas. One suggestion that helps me when I get the pain on my face is to pull on the outer ear in the middle and it does calm the pain.
I missed the live chat! How did you get to the point where you are now, with more good days than bad days? What was the “magic bullet”, or was it just by steadily increasing the medicine dosage?
in the beginning it was steadily increasing the dose and then after a while steadily decreasing. I’m now on one before I go to bed. It took a couple of years for that process

Yes, I did...mixed with deep pain
