These look great 👍 I'm glad to see you making video again. Your shells look great! Maybe you could make a video on how to paste the shell so it looks like the commercial ones... or maybe for to improvise the wrapping machine 🤔.... Just a thought.. love your show! God bless from USA 🇺🇸
Great job. I think your hemispheres will be fine and you can make from them outstandind fireworks. The commercial paper hemispheres for 4" have 93mm outside diameter and walls are 4mm thickness.
No need for any protection, I've made more than 60 hemispheres on my 3 inch one and it doesn't seem to care :) You can only maintain it by scratching off possible dried glue layers from previous builds but that doesn't ever make significant problems.
I've said it over and over, kraft paper from stationery shop and white water-based wood glue from paint store. Make sure you sub to the channel so you don't miss needed information. Cheers!
Maybe u try out this project with some balloons filled with water to fit less than 1",freeze it, make plaster in bucket, fastly press frozen balloon ball in it and hold, there u go, nice idea I think :))
it might be worth your time to buy a 3d printer. you can 3d print 2 inch ball shells for $0.12 USD per set. You can also 3d print the mold to press your hemis. Ive pressed hundreds with no signs of wear.

Love your progress with these fireworks and passing it on 👍
Very good video showing mistake and correction. You have made a lot of progress! Thanks for the video.
Thanks, the point is that If I put out only successful builds all the time, you wouldn't see extra steps that need to be done to fix failed build.
Turned out nice!
Sawing definitely makes them clean
Thanks for sharing. Very helpful

Nice, stuff is getting bigger :D

I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.... What is the paste you use for forming the Kraft paper into shells?
This is brillant! ❤

Thanks for sharing, so I'm a bit under, but will see how much will other layers add on, thanks again.
Saya suka video anda🤗
Nowadays you also could just 3D print a mold
Could you show us an 8 inch shell? :)
BTW C6 stars usually go into spider shells, they are fast burning stars. For shells like yours, i believe tiger tail stars are better.
Great tutorial. Do you have to put anything on the plaster mold to keep glue/moisture off of it?

@@MakeAndDestroyFireworksis glue fine?
But i have to dry the hemis on the plaster?
You can reshape them a bit later when they dry with mold but don't have to keep them on it
What is the mold ball?
Mold is made out of plaster, hemispheres are paper. And I usually use Christmass ornaments to shape plaster molds.
Am I the only one that thinks the uncut hemispheres look like little hats?
Yeah i was thinking about that too like: Hmm those uncut hemis would probably suit my dog nicely..
I think there wasn't a batch that I didn't try out on my cats, especially 3" :)) So.. These are hats we just use them differently lol
What's the name of the dement you use?
If u meant plaster, it doesn't matter, but mine was Knauf brand. Any plaster will work.
