What I like to do for texture on my straightened hair is put about four braids and rub about half a pump of mouse into each braid once I'm done. It gives a similar look to this but with larger waves.
It turned out great! Wish I thought of this when I got my hair silk pressed. After 16 days I was over it and I just washed it out. But this is a great way to bring volume back to your hair and change up the look of it without totally getting rid of the flat irons effects. Thanks for sharing ♡ God bless

Next time try using the same Technique using the twist out method for those beachy waves. It will look softer 🙂But your braid out also came out beautifully

I literally did this last week on my straight hair….I only did one big braid with a inch or two of the ends straight not braided…no product…the waves were cute & lasted a couple of days….its back regular straight now lol I’m on Day 38 of straight hair. I use the Mielle rosemary mint oil as well.

I did the same thing last night to wear for work today and I loved it. It spices up the look because straight hair gets boring after a while.
