First of all we need to change the education system. All colleges should be turned into vocational colleges. The trades like plumber, capenter, motor mechanic, electrician, laptop repair, mobile repair, any kind of repair, hardware engineering, software engineering, machine learnig, artificial intelligence etc every technical subjects should be taught in colleges. Only 20% of college syllabus should be related to academics and the rest 80% syllabus should be related to technical and professional subjects. Modi's Skill India was a great step but it has failed due to its poor implementaion. Government should bring " Skill India" to our all colleges and universties. Then only I think the big problem of unemployment could be solved in India.
