Did you go to "edit page" and scroll down to themify custom panel and set the column width to full width yet? And also set the row width to full width too.
This is in the tutorial at th-cam.com/video/grItaOxuyTE/w-d-xo.htmlm15s but also, go to themify settings > themify appearance > header > make sure you didn't select the boxed header layout - which makes all your content in a box. Whats your URL?

Hi Hogan, I am a complete novice at this but have found your tutorial excellent thankyou. The only thing is how do you create/edit the website privately, at the moment my site is live and can be viewed by anyone....is there somewhere in the settings to switch from public to private until I am ready to publish?
Go to Plugins - Add New and install Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd (this is what I use). Once you have activated it, go to Settings - Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode. Fill in the Page Settings (you can design the look of the page as well by going to the Design tab) and click save. Once you’re done look above the Page
Settings make sure you choose Enable Maintenance Mode and click save.
What this plugin does is it shows the Maintenance page to your visitors when they land on your site so they know it is under construction. You can continue editing your site at the back and they won’t see it. Don’t forget to change the status once you’re finished. Hope that helps =)

I had the same problem. It was a conflict with another plugin. I have uninstalled the other plugins and the builder starter to work properly.

What widget or plugin do you use for the Google map where you can rotate it?
Do you mean google street view or Google maps with the ability to rotate the field of view? I will locate my google map listing on Google maps, turn it to satellite mode, then click the 3D button to toggle 3d mode. After you have arranged the field of view you like, click up into the search bar in the top left bar. There are three lines to symbolize menu. Click that down and select "Share or embed map."
I was referring to the one where you can rotate the field of view. Anyway, thanks.

Hi Hogan! Love your Themify's videos! I always go back to them for info. I have a question about (feature)image quality on posts. When I upload the feature image, it seems like it go compressed to fit into the standard container size. Which made the image quality very crappy. I tried the image script, but that means I have to adjust every image to the same size. Too time consuming and still not have the best photo quality. What do you recommend to do for feature image? Thanks!
You can set product image size under Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display. Set product image size here and then regenerate thumbnails using this plugin wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Awesome theme! Thank you Hong for a great tutorial. I'd suggest adding in a recommended size for the site logo and the sticky header logo. Took some work, but I finally found 150 x 60 px works. However, has anyone had any issues with the pages moving side to side quite a lot on Iphone (SE)? I've noticed Hong's demo site does this and so does the Themify demo site. Also, two other demos sites using this theme do the same? I've tried adjusting sizes of images and text within columns to no avail. Please help!

hello Hogan. Thanks a lot for a very complete and precise tutorial. what could be the problem with the error undefined when saving during the build process?
Id recommend 3 things:
1. Try using another browser i.e Chrome
2. Clear your history, cache and cookies, retest the builder
3. Disable/deactivate all your other plug-ins, retest.
Hello. I finally got it to work though I noted something interesting. This only happened when I had more than one module on the same row. E.g I added a fancy text and text module and that is what would result to it.

I would need some help to my site. In mobile version the opening photo and the headers are not visible. There is only a grey background.
The second thing is at the "About Me" section. In mobile version the photo stays at the same position, next to the text and become smaller, however it should go up to the top of the text. Could you please help in this? Thank you for your help!

You need the slider pro plugin by themify. You can google it. And it should appear. Alternatively you can find other wordpress plugins like "smart slider"

Id recommend 3 things:
1. Try using another browser i.e Chrome
2. Clear your history, cache and cookies, retest the builder
3. Disable/deactivate all your other plug-ins, retest.
