节目做的好
作为度假养老别墅还是合适的，北京东北三元桥开车过去约80分钟，高铁北京站到宝坻南站1个小时，也可以接受。最近买了一个380平，占地约1500平米的房子，全部税费中介费360，简单装修100，估计都搞好500以内，院子搞个小半场篮球场，挖个3米X10米的游泳池，来个养鱼池，大草坪，花园，小菜园，感觉还是不错的，一周北京城里2、3天，别墅3、4天挺好的。
