- What to say about Vertigo? So many fans consider it a favorite track from the classics. It consists of the recognizable TR motif played by an oboe, then there's a harp and strings/pads. The track itself is around 1 minute long and plays in the Venice level when you climb the chandeliers. Same as with a previous track, I wanted to reimagine and extend it a bit - not because I think something is not right with an original track and that it needs improvements, but to have more room for the orchestra to shine, to make a fuller orchestration, bring different emotions with the build-ups and contrasting melancholic parts, and for Keith's artwork to have more screen space considering he made 3 fantastic versions! Yet another winner! You truly have a talent not only for music in general, but understanding the magic of the Tomb Raider soundtracks. Your reinterpretations sound so close to the originals but the added flourishes really show them in a new, modernised light. I love how this one sounds slightly ominous yet calming at the same time; interesting mix.

So, not only did you take a crack at updating Vertigo in your musical style, but you extended it and gave it even more life than it already had? Dean Kopri, your ability to rival the original compositions by Nathan McCree and/or Peter Connelly never ceases to amaze me.

Wow! This version keeps the original formula but adds a twist of mystery and adventure. Also, the buildup is very cool, it sounds very cinematic and romantic. Just wow! amazing work. This is the Remastered OST that the game deserves.

AxMania's All Levels Ranked List got me here. As a lifelong fan of Nathan McCree's seminal contribution to what made TR feel like it did, I've listened to more covers and remixes than I can count. This one is the first of yours, I haven't listened to the rest yet, but I've just got to say: You, sir, f***ing nailed it. This take needn't hide behind McCree's new 2018 recordings. Beautiful.
