My high school used the sliding panels a lot for our marching shows outdoor. They’re cheap/easy to make and you can simply buy new prints different years instead of new props. And like you said, the logistics are insane with them, it really took a couple years for the program to get it down.
Also watching the stuff from the back isn’t necessarily awkward, since that’s usually where the performers get sent after you finish, so it’s like you get to watch the insides of someone else’s show and pick up on the little things, and the members experience, see the hand shakes behind the screen

FFCC is the regional circuit (they’re from Florida). WGI is the national (or world I guess) circuit, so it’s the same activity.

I know you don’t really do mallet reviews anymore, but is to possible to review the Naoko takada mallets from encore? If you cant, if you could reply a few defining characteristics of the mallet as well as which hardnesses to buy, that would be great :)

hi. I was wondering what is the difference between Marimba One WWXB3 Wave Wrap Mallets and Marimba One WWXR3 Wave Wrap Mallets? Is there really a big difference between the WWXB3 that has a more wormer sound and the WWXR3 which has a more rich sound?
