What type of wood is this?
It would have been nice if there were dimensions. The size of wood purchased was mentioned but that's like me buying a 4x8 piece of plywood to make a daisy flower - WTH?

Any type of canvas. It’s referred to as duck cloth at hobby lobby but it’s basically canvas. Send me a picture if you build it.

For the 3/4x 1” tambour pieces, how big did the slot have to be for them to allow for easy movement? What was the radius would you remember?
I am making a bread box for school and I have it so it is a quarter of a circle instead of a semi circle. I am worried it won't work out because the door would go down the back at a 90° angle instead of yours, at a curve.
Will I need to start over?
You need the full 180 degrees or it won’t work.
Also, just add more pieces to your tambour to make it longer. The you won’t have to worry about losing it in the back of the box.

Where is the ventilation? Your bread will gain mould
