    I want to build one but I don't have a 3D printer as yet, so am wondering if I can get anyone to print them for me and post to me?? I'm in Australia! Happy to pay for the parts, will get the tubes and screws etc locally.

      The guy who created it sells it on his website.
      Why would you need this if you don't have a printer?

    Where is the written guide ?

    Does the tubing have to be SS? The BOM says not to use wood, but can aluminum be used? Is the wall thickness important?

    • @reitencheng4878
      @reitencheng4878  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes aluminum can be used, Please use at least 1.5mm thickness if its aluminum.

    Great project, I’m beginning the building of the the PolyFormer but there’s not mention about the tubes length in the guide.
    The kind of power supply, cartridge and thermistor is missing too.
    Can we get those informations please?

    • @reitencheng4878
      @reitencheng4878  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      They are in the BOM in github.

      @@rcgeeker Don't worry! The files could be confusing as there are a lot of them. Feel free to ask me for any question.

    Hi, what is the stl names of these parts?

    • @reitencheng4878
      @reitencheng4878  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Those would be the lower_right_arm, Lower_left_arm, feet, and panel stabilizers.

    Where is frame bracket stl?

    • @tlabresh
      @tlabresh ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe the frame bracket is now included in the STL file for the left upper arm. Rather than printing separately then attaching them, my guess is that the new iteration simply combined both parts into one piece.

    • @IlijaBenko
      @IlijaBenko ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@tlabresh I agree with you that this is better solution, but also that motor bracket is not same like one in STL file.

      @IlijaBenko It is different. This was clearly an early model and the final is MUCH different, I am currently confused as hell trying to put it all together.

    How much soldering is required for this project?

    • @reitencheng4878
      @reitencheng4878  ปีที่แล้ว

      Not much, most of the parts are pre-soldered.

    You don't have the basics of selling.
    You need accurate manuals a-z!!
