I don't know if you take requests, but lately I've been trying to build a Blue deck around the new 1c Videl that can play 3c or less vanillas from hand for 1 mana and I was interest to see a more expert player's input for it.
I know it's inherently a flawed strategy since 1c removal is very widespread in set 2, but I still think it has the potential to be a pretty fun deck, and I don't think it needs you to commit more than 12 to 16 cards (4 Videls and 8 or 12 3c Vanillas) so you can run a lot of other "normal" blue packages alongside, and benefit from all the 10k combo power the vanillas provide if you end up not playing them.
It also fits well Vegeta's style of going for big swings since you can play Videl, pay 1 for a 25k vanilla and swing comboing with Videl in the same turn, just for 2 mana. This can also combo with Pilaf, as you can then get the Videl you combo'd away from your drop and do it again next turn or even the same turn if you're very late into the game
Would be cool to see you figure out a build for it, even if it's probably just a meme deck.
I also wonder if it could be better with Zamasu leader? idk

Why don´t I face opponents like that? I am on Silver and face Top-Ku with full decks. Maybe one or two a week I face someone with only 2 Keflas but that is rare.
