My 2yr old shepard has seizures...

Our pug that was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. Is very sensitive to Rosemary. He will get a seizure if given even a smidge of Rosemary. He is also not responding well to epilepsy drugs. We are terrified his liver & kidney will be destroyed. Any advise please?
