I just took my new steering wheel that said classic in the middle of it and was able to swap the emblem with a new emblem that was a stock Bel-Air. perfect fit

Hi Robert, Sorry I've taken so long to get back to you. The only righthand 57 Chevy delivered and assembled in Australia was a 4 door 210 6 cylinder sedan. My 57 Chevy Convertible was purchased from Wichita Kansas over 20 years ago and I converted it myself using Australian righthand drive Chevy parts. Beautiful car. I've used the 16 in my 57 with manual box without problem. But the steering and suspension is all in new shape and the idler arm has a bearing kit vs just a bushing. Sum of less turning resistance is the key. This is in a 57 belair with 454.
