- I love to explore new thrift stores when I travel! This was my first time visiting Naples, Florida! Come thrift with me at some local shops and at the Goodwill Outlet in Fort Myers! I had a great visit!

Try a very sharp razor blade to clean the brief case. Also you may be able to get a wide piece of ribbon as a belt for the orange robe, that might help the sale
Great video, Lori! I love seeing what thrifts in different parts of the country are like. An idea for the Bally satchel if you are worried about condition - maybe use a leather stain to dye it darker brown or black? I think that would look very nice with the gold clasp! I think Jack and Ryan did a tutorial about staining / dying leather, but I’m sure you know that ☺️
Love that you went to Avow (my mom lives in Naples). It is the Hospice thrift store, all of their proceeds go directly to Hospice.

I shop for myself at the Clothes Mentor near me in Florida. Love it there. You can also shop there online and have it shipped to you. And they always have alot of designer bags at mine. They have sales alot too.

N.B. Runner stands for New Balance. I have a physical disability and a lot of my friends who have the same issues,wear the same brand. They are wide enough for a huge toe,fit well,insoles can fit inside,and are sturdy and comfortable.

Love the area. Use to spend a lot of time in and around the Ft Myer area. How did you like the bins and location…😉😉. Another fun fact: Chico’s is headquartered in Ft Myer and founded in Sanibel Island. I know of one Chico’s Outlet maybe there might be more.

Love thrifting on vacation. Even before I was a reseller, when I'd get to the hotel, the first thing I'd do is grab the yellow pages and look for thrift stores in the area. So much easier now with our phones! Chico's is everywhere in Vegas too. And usually priced up.
We live a few miles from Naples and had dinner there last night! We walked around Waterside Shops, an upscale mall (think Gucci), and I saw the men's needlepoint belt in the window of one of the stores! Love the area; come back!

Spent a lot of time in Naples. My fiance at the time his father had a condo on top of a building right on the ocean so we were sailing a lot and just having a great time often

Hi Lori, this was my 1st time watching your channel. I'm a subscriber now, as I really like your style. I have to say that I did laugh all the way thru your videos. Why? Because I live in Naples. If you think it's expensive to thrift here, living is wowsa! Born and raised in FL, 26 yrs in Naples, 41 yrs in Lee County, it's now very difficult for those of us who have been here all our lives, to stay .As a vacationer, yes, it's impressive, but living here, not so much any longer. Anyway, glad you enjoyed your stay.

We are Sarasota natives...I drive down to North Port once a week to their bins...better than the Sarasota ones. One of our sons and his family are in Fort Myers..we only thrift there every few months...Glad you had a good trip
Omg I just went to North Port bins and got nothing not even Chico’s, our Sarasota bins by airport are much better
I live on the west coast in the Sarasota area. Our sunsets are gorgeous. The Platos Closet in Sarasota had half price on all denim on Saturday! A great sale!

I was in Florida in November and I wanted to go to those bins, but we ending up at one near my cousins house in Pt. Charlotte. It was so different from what I was use to. Left with nothing! 😪

How was the bins in Buckingham? Did you have to wait outside in a line? I went Saturday for the first time but there was a huge line outside. So I left😕
They shut down and kick everyone out to do big rotations when people are being obnoxious. So usually if you go around 11:45 to 12:45, there is a good chance that people are waiting to get back in. There are no Covid protocols tho, they woll pack you in. I go all the time.

This looked like so much fun Lori, I always get so excited to shop out of town and see all the different selections they have. So there's something that's been bugging me that I need to vent about so hear me out and plz don't think I'm a b-i-t-c-h I'm just venting! I have noticed A LOT lately throught various comment sections, that grammar and spelling have really gone out the window, I'm wondering if it's somewhat like math now in schools, are we just teaching kids shortcuts and the half-ass way saying that stuff just doesn't matter anymore so long as it's close enough or what? It absolutely irks me if I have A SINGLE misspelling in anything I put out there, I have to go back and correct it or I go crazy and I'll be honest my grammar and punctuation aren't always perfect but I know my there, their, and they're and I'd say I've got the English language pretty well under control along with Spanish too. So what are kids being taught in school these days? And I don't think it's just laziness or abbreviations I think this is legit people really not knowing what they're doing or people being unable to adequately express themselves in writing it's actually pretty sad. I love to write and actually find it easier a lot of times to express myself better through writing than speech. Maybe this is just me, maybe I'm crazy, please let me know.
P.S. - And Lori I feel like a Maurices 2 is gonna be way too big for u! Unless u want it oversized lol, k bye 👋
