Hi Ambika madam,
1) I love the way u explain things , simple way of explaining with clarity is what I like in you.
2) As you said ur background music is soothing to listen, along with cooking.
3) your dakshina-kannada way of speaking kannada with proper pronounciation is a plus.
4) your cooking videos are great, along with this why don't you open a channel to teach the Engineering/PU students on Engineering/science topics. The way u explain topics with patience will definitely benefit students. I think your knowledge should be utilised.
5) I'm ur big fan personally. lots of love to you and ur daughter.
6) people may say -"who doesn't know these basic things". Don't worry about those. There are many youngsters , who want to know the basics of cooking.

The receipes are really different. But a suggestion to track back a receive is difficult. I made egg curry for my grand daughters seening thr receipe. They really loved it and said it was different from normal egg curry.
