The bay bridge did not collapse in 2002. Thats when the new portion was started. Also you can only bike or walk over part of the bridge, from the Alameda side. Also dont have a car. Smash and grabs are really bad in the tourist areas.

To prevent Smash and Grabs٫ go to a parking structure٫ its waaaaayyyy safer and less complicated than pay parking outside :3

One can be sure of the lack of quality of this video when it mistook the palace of fine art as the Exploratorium 8:06.
Also, personally, I would recommend against the Aquarium of the Bay. When I visited it in 2018, it was not in a good shape, and the sharks were injured and sad. A better aquarium experience can be found in the Cal-academy in Golden Gate Park. Even taken price into consideration, I would still go to Cal-Academy 10 out of 10 times, as the Aquarium of the Bay is more like a waste of time.

Totally agree on the aquarium point, I was thinking Cal Academy too! The aquarium there is way better, plus you get a bunch of other nice things like the Rainforest and Planetarium shows.
As for Exploratorium, it used to be at the Palace way back then. Maybe the person got it confused or hasn't visited in years haha.
