    About IPSI:
Islamic Propagation Society International (IPSI), Malaysia is a non-government, non-political organization, popularly known as IPSI. The primary concern of IPSI is none other than to disseminate the word of Allah via the sincere promotion of the reading, understanding, and practicing of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. IPSI devotes its activities in reminding mankind of his fitrah; the worship of the One and Only God.
IPSI's message is simple and direct. Our call is the call of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (may Allah exalt his mention), the voice which calls on humanity as a whole to awake and hearken to the sublime message from the Lord, Cherisher, and Creator of all the worlds. IPSI struggles to deliver the message of Islam to people from all walks of life through its public lectures, seminars, forums, exhibitions, and various assortments of printed and electronic mediums.
The initial da'wah promotion began primarily centered around Masjid Kapitan Keling, mainly in guiding non-Muslim tourists around this historical mosque which is the second oldest in Penang. The minaret of this mosque is still being used as an Islamic information center, courtesy of the committee members of the mosque.
With the help of local donors initially, IPSI's financial standing grew from a meager humble sum and is still growing (Alhamdulillah!) to accommodate the ever-increasing scope of da'wah activities run by IPSI. The ummah has been ever enthusiastic in supporting our activities in the name of Allah in putting up a second front in spreading His Divine Message.

I went through the same .
When I told my dad , I'm going to revert Islam .
My dad screaming at me , don't challenge me
I reply :" revert to Islam is nothing to challenge you."
My dad then pick up a glass pointing at my head
I m going to teach you the real thing today
He then said you are no longer my daughter
I remember that time ,my mum hold my dad tight ,said she is our daughter
    Don't hit her

Quran isn't a true holy book. It eliminates God's ten Commandments and changes with ten Commandments of Islam that isn't the same. I have read some Quran verses and there isn't any single verse in Quran, including Muhammad's prophecies, shows God or His angel as His messenger had ever talked to Muhammad directly. No conversation between Muhammad and God. I think Muhammad isn't a prophet. He had a six visions like a fortune teller. The fact, not only Muhammad can predict things, some people have done the similar things.
Even Hadits which contain only people's Tafsir. Tafsir means may be Yes may be No for the truth. It's completely different from the Bible where we can find many conversations between God or His angel and Abraham and His prophets, e.g

I was Roman Catholic as well. I thank Allah for that strong foundation before he chose to bring me to Islam 36 yrs ago. Initially my parents asked me to get out of their home and not visit again. But my Mom took only 3 days to ask me to forgive her harshness. My father took over 30 yrs. lol!
I ask Allah to Bless you sister and guide us all. 🤗 and guide your parents and siblings 🤲🏻

      Allah says in the Quran:
"O ye who believe! Choose not your fathers nor your brethren for friends if they take pleasure in disbelief rather than faith. Whoso of you taketh them for friends, such are wrong-doers" - Quran (9:23). Even family members are not to be taken as family anymore if they do not accept Islam.
"And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers." - Quran (3:85)
"(As for) those who disbelieve, surely neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them in the least against Allah, and these it is who are the fuel of the fire." - Quran (3:10). Those who do not believe in Muhammad are but fuel for the fire of Hell.
All in all, Islam is very clear in teaching that there is no equality between believers and unbelievers, and hence no basis for friendship, which is a relationship between peers. Those who do not profess Muhammad are intended to exist in subjugation to those who do, then spend eternity in Hell. This does not preclude you as Muslim from acting friendly toward others like your father, of course, but it does not constitute a relationship as it is generally understood in today’s modern world. Still, it is important to note that the problem is not bad people, but bad ideology.

“God will then send down One of My descendants, One sprung from My family, Who will fill the earth with equity and justice, even as it hath been filled with injustice and tyranny.” And, again: “A day shall be witnessed by My people (followers of Baha’u’llah) whereon there will have remained of Islam naught but a name, and of the Qur’án naught but a mere appearance. The doctors (Ecclesiastical leaders) of that age shall be the most evil the world hath ever seen. Mischief hath proceeded from them, and on them will it recoil.” And, again: “At that hour His malediction shall descend upon you, and your curse shall afflict you, and your religion shall remain an empty word on your tongues. And when these signs appear amongst you, anticipate the day when the red-hot wind will have swept over you, or the day when ye will have been disfigured, or when stones will have rained upon you.”

Exactly. As a Malay, I did not aware that my Chinese friends have this concern. When I was in my office one day, my Chinese boss and my Chinese colleague had this small talk about being a Muslims means masuk Melayu. My boss said, you convert to Islam means you become a Malay, My colleague said, no. You just change your religion, but you're still a Chinese. I was there staring at my boss thinking "where the hell did you get this from?" ... When they both look at me asking for confirmation, I said of course you're still a Chinese. You can't change your race regardless what. So, from then on, I know that Chinese have this concern. Side note, my boss is a really wise man. Confusing about this does NOT make him stupid. I hope more and more people know about this matter.

Tbh, I understand what you feel. My mom was a Christian, my dad's a Muslim. I heard from my Uncles, when my parents 1st got married and had us, my grandparents didn't like us that much. Only after I heard the story that I realize that 'Internal Racism' is REAL. It's hard. But to me, after aging, becoming wiser. They're scared not because you're a muslim, they're scared that you're becoming 'Malay'. Most of people out there, they ask "you Christian ke atau Melayu?", but they never ask if you're Muslim or not. A Chinese can be a Muslim, but a Chinese can't be a Malay. So, the confusion between Race and Religion is what terrifies them. Racism is stupid. If can, in our IC, there is no 'race' section. Just Human.

And every single religion in the world was created in a specific language..... For example, christians bible was originally written in hebrew, hindu was in indian, folk chinese was in chinese....... And in islam just bcoz u can't read the quran, it wont cost u a sin, the only thing u need in the Quran is the context not the language, even after u die and bury in ur grave the angels will only ask u "what is the book u follow", not "do u know how to read the Quran"..... I hope everyone don't look Muslim as someone or a group of untouchable religion. We are all human. Everyone should respect every religion. If you intend to judge someone other than your religion, you're not even deserve to stay in your own religion. A religious person will love and respect everyone choices and decisions. Religion suppose to be only a sacred relationship between yourself and Allah, God or prophet. Don't let anyone affect your choice, not even your loves one or families. You should know what u will found peace in. I hope everyone can have more humanity and being decent when comes to religions. Show loves, not hate.

my story goes like this. i grew up in malay community in kelantan. i was a buddhist by born before. from very young age i was terribly descriminated by the malays because of my race and religion. they said nasty things bout my previous religion, our culture etc. u have no idea how i felt that time. full of hatred and frustration. i still remember their nasty words towards me until today, yes until today. it was hard, i really mean it. so i ended up hate the malays. make me think islam is not a good religion. got malay friends who are addicted to alcohol more than non muslims, sleeping around with girls, taking drugs and etc. one day i noticed my colleagues always on his earphones and i approached him, ask what songs do u hear? he said i heard ceramah. and offer me few of his collections (a lot, yes takes years to finish). i say ok, i try to hear them too. one by one and i got addicted. i started to understand islam. i realize so many my questionaires are being answered with satisfaction replies. after couple of years i was touched by hidayah. i cried like a baby for few nights. subahanallah i have no idea how to describe my heart feel that time. took my syahadah at jawi putrajaya in 2014. Alhamdulillah...
*disclaimer, i have no grudge against malay community. i know they have some bad and good people, same thing goes to other races as well. just please stop racism. i went through it terribly. make me having a nightmare at very young age. hikmahnya, Allah guides me, alhamdulillah.

I'm 7 3 now my family is remote at best My dad had died when I became muslim, but my mom always refused to accept Islam. even though I warned her of the eternal hell fire. She literally spoke the verse in Quran that she could not leave the ways of her ancestors.

Yes, yes, yes we believer have to think of our place in the life after here and that is the Jannatul Firdaus or heaven. Insha Allah.

[Shoghi Effendi, The World Order of Baha’u’llah (The promised one), p. 178]
“Bestir yourselves, O people, in anticipation of the days of Divine justice, for the promised hour is now come. Beware lest ye fail to apprehend its import and be accounted among the erring”.

The child is father (teacher ) of the man.
One thing I could not understand in Islam is that we are taught that our destiny is already predetermined. Later on I realized that if our Creator did not know our future then He will not be All-knowing. This is a crucial attribute of the Creator. Then I got the answer from my little granddaughter when she was still a toddler. The first thing she used to do when she came to my house was to run to the staircase and climbed up the stairs and I had to follow her lest she fell down the stairs. So as an elderly person I knew her habits. Then I realized that the fact that I knew what she was going to do does not mean that I instigated her to go up the staircase. So my knowledge did not have anything with her actions which were motivated by her own volition. Then I realized that similarly the Creator's knowledge is not the motivator of our actions. He has given us freewill yet He knows what we will do since He is all knowing. Just as I could have have penned down what my little granddaughter would do before she actually does it similarly the Almighty could get our destiny written down before we actually live it. So my granddaughter taught me one of the most complex mystery of life.

@Mn Mukhtar I had the same question and still, the question is not answered.
The Creator knows our destiny....is said to be pre-determined....if HE knows our destiny......whether you are a Muslim or not or become a good or a bad person.....than WHY HE gave us the QURAN?? And if it is already pre-determined......" human...u are born here in this world to be a bad person".....means he is forever until death he is a bad person...so what's the point of having the QURAN as guidance?

    • @Millielai12
      @Millielai12 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@jinglejungle3410 The Qur'an is revealed as a guidance and mercy for those who fear Allah. The Qur'an adds only confusion to the unbelievers. 1 of the rukun Iman is to believe in Qadr and Qadar. We cannot refute and only accept what Allah has predetermined for us. The key is acceptance and with sincerity we continue to worship Him. Some are meant to go to Heaven and some to Hell and some in between as deeds are equal(good and bad). There are many who think they sinned so badly and they repent and their hearts became enslaved only to Allah and remorseful and gain forgiveness. There are many who do many good deeds but are arrogant within their hearts and sent tp Hell. You can find sources by reading more ahadiths. The prayers of the repented sinner is dearer to Allah than an arrogant worshipper(Fir'aun,Iblis,Abu Lahab for eg had arrogance within them). This life here is to test who will have amongst the best of deeds and grateful to Him.
1 of shaytan tricks is to say we know we are bad so why do good or what is the point of praying or repent and do good deeds? As a muslim we are asked to have self restraint if we are true believers and do not be boastful -as everything (misfortunes)have been written before everything was made. But the end results of Day of Judgment no 1 knows our record except Allah. That is why it is always mentioned whenever we sin, repent and follow up by good deeds. 'My Mercy prevails my Wrath' -Sahih. And none can enter Jannah except by His Mercy (not our deeds or worship and such). May Allah grant you understanding of Deen. Ameen

@@jinglejungle3410 Qur'an is Word of Allah. Some wise people ever said if you want to talk to Allah -pray or supplicate. If you want Allah to speak to you, read the Qur'an. 1 of the best remembrance of Allah is to read Qur'an,listening to it,contemplate and learn tafseer and also to read its teanslation. No 1 knows how 1 will end in their lives hence people work hard in repentance and doing good deeds and keeping a sound peaceful heart and and think well of Allah. Read the Qur'an to build iman. Assalamu 'alaikum.
