I can testify that this will save you money. I have a 100 HP tractor for mowing right of ways and fields. The front tires always took a beating until we foamed the tires. This is a good video but I really don't think it is a DYI project unless you just want to fill some small tires on your dolly. Dollies always seem to have a flat tire when you need them the most. Larger tires should be professionally done and properly set so they are somewhat balanced. You don't go to fast on a tractor but the often will run 20 to 25 mph on the road.
