When it comes to skyscrapers the taller it is the more expensive it will be. Im not talking about a mere 1m or 2m additional cost but hundreds of millions. That’s why nobody beat Dubai just yet because its super expensive to reach taller heights than Burj Khalifa because nobody has done it yet. So its kind a journey to the unknown and u must prepare a huge extra cost
